Obtaining professional quality in a printed image is orders of magnitude more difficult than any other medium. Knowing this, I had high expectations for this book when I saw it offered on Adorama. I was not disappointed. I encourage readers of my review to test this theory by ordering a print of one of their best images that they have only seen on their monitor or online. I believe many will then realize the challenge of getting the same result in a print that is observed on a backlit monitor. I have heard it said that an image is not complete until it has been reviewed and approved by the artist in printed form. There are so many variables, including color space, printer profile, and even paper profile, to name a few. The publisher and the artists involved in this project have produced a fine product. I would have rated it a "5" if it had been available in a larger size, but this should not take away from the overall fine quality of the book.
