Good unit but a but a bit bulky.
It is a great unit and takes care of the power required for my p-series laptop. Challenge is I travel a lot and it is a bit heavy and bulky. Wish it wasn't as I try and pack everything into my two carry-ons so I don't have to check luggage.

Very portable, just as effective
I take my laptop between work and home, and the charger/adapter that came with the laptop was very bulky. This adapter is way more portable and seems to work just as well at charging the computer. I am able to fit it easily in a side pocket in a simple laptop carrying case. I'd highly recommend this adapter!

Too much power delivered
Unfortunately, the new adapter was too much power at once for my 3-year-old Lenovo laptop and it blew my motherboard. Now I have to purchase another laptop

Was it me or was it you
Purchased the device as a smaller alternative to my regular charger
Placed it in my computer bag and only pulled it out to use 1 month later
It was then I saw that the plug would not fit my laptop
Too late to return but thought it was the correct one for my model

Small, lightweight adapter for on-the-go use
I got this for my Legion 5 Pro 16IRX8 so I didn't have to carry around the giant 300 W adapter for my classes, and I haven't had any issues so far. It's light, far smaller than the 300 W, and still charges the battery very quickly.

Works, but the hardware matcher kinda isn't great
I have an ideapad 5i pro works but says not as high current as the default charger. I used the auto matcher on the website a little disappointed but it does work just fine, a little slow for the pc I have.

Name brand - works great! I always buy the manufacturer's AC adapters to avoid problems.

Impressive Performance, Durability and Convenience

compact and positive engagement to pc charge port
I like this style of charging port. Unlike Dell round port adapters that wear very quickly and do not stay engaged, this format appears to be more durable. Time will tell.

Poor return experience
I ordered a lenovo dock for my laptop, and the description for that dock says I need to use a separate adapter to ensure enough power supply. So I went ahead and ordered both the dock and the power adaptor. But once I get the dock and connected it to the laptop, it's obvious I don't need an extra power adapter. So I tried to return the power adaptor, and I failed to find how to do so on their web site. So I had to start a customer serivce chat. After long wait and long exchanges with the rep, the rep asked me why I would need to return the adaptor.
So Lenovo needs a reason to return their item. This is typical Lenovo as I expected it to be.
