A little heavy and volume is not loud enough, otherwise a very nice product.

This tablet is great as an entry level tablet. However it certainly would be nice if a beefed up version were available. If it had two USB c 13"inch display, better graphics and processor with lte capability and adaptive stylus pen. Wouldn't mind paying $800-1000 for something like that.

2 GB RAM does not do it folks. Also I found when I turned it around it did not follow me 360°. keyboard is on usable and less you're staring at it. No tactile function whatsoever. I found it slower than my six-year-old iPad. No dual Wi-Fi? Really? This is not 2012. slow Wi-Fi, I sent it back. The graphic resolution was grainy. What are use the keyboard it did not recognize that I want to caps and when I got caps it would not go back to standard. I returned it.

Android system is so powerful these days and I stopped using any window devices. But, phone screens are too small for document edit. Although there are large screen android tablets, their keyboards are connected through Bluetooth which is slow and problematic. I have always looking for a big device with build-in keyboard for my kids. Here come it, Lenovo A12! I bought one for my daughter so she does not need to stay on the small screen phone but use this big screen device for social and for homework. A great device. The keyboard is beautifully built and the screen is very large and good enough for travel. Everything is above my expectation. The camera is comparable with camera in phones in the same price range. I almost buy another one for myself, if the following are addressed in future products: 1) Although looks gorgeous with metal covered surface, I wish Lenovo could have built the device with shock-absorption material on the outside to make it more convenient for travelers. 2) faster chips and 14" screens. Overall, a great idea and a great product! -Roger Media, PA, USA

I purchased 1 and had to return it because it kept rebooting during charging. I got a second one to replace it and it was ok.

This compact but well designed keyboard tablet works very well with a fairly fast start up time. Android based tablet has a touch back lit keyboard that's easy to use or fold back and use the the touch screen. Expandable memory is easy to update if needed. The screen is sharp and clear with true vivid colors. Battery life is ok but not great.

Keyboard is okay, but mostly useless. The marshmallow software isn't as clean as it needs to be. I have a couple of apps that don't quite work right.

I just bought the A12 about 2 months ago. It took a little getting use to, because of the Halo keyboard. But because I look at look at the keyboard when I type it works for me. I do wish it allowed us to write on it as the Yoga Book does, but I found a way around that as well. I purchased some Dimples Excel Stylus, and I can use them on the screen with One Note, EverNote, and a few other note apps. I do hope they come out with a Windows version, that would be nice. So far I have used it to listen to music, audible books, and research recipes. Overall the feel, the weight, and the design of this product is absolutely amazing. I Love it for its mobility.

I've had my Lenovo for 2 months. Couldn't be happier with it. I switched from a Mac - very pleased with my choice. My friend bought the same one after using mine

I'm so glad Lenovo finally made this machine. A slim, Android-powered tablet with the flexibility, thinness, and lightness you want for travel (I use this for work and a PhD program. So far it's great for office (including official Microsoft apps), typical browsing and online use, and note taking. It's also super fast, and hasn't had any trouble with capability no matter what I throw at it. The haptic keyboard takes some getting used to, but once you do get used to it, you wonder why you ever use anything else.

I purchased this a couple of months ago and am really enjoying the large screen and solid feel. Haven't used the keyboard a lot, but expect it will come in handy in the future. Nice screen, responsive touch, and audio is just fine.

This crossover is functional for those who love the use of a tablet and the feel of the traditional computer. It is fast, practical and portable.

I have had this for more than a month now and somehow it has become my primary travel laptop. Frankly, it hits a lot of plus (lightweight (10/10), portable (10/10), instantly ready to work (8/10), well designed (7/10), very sturdy(10/10), a very innovative keyboard (9/10)) and a few misses. The misses include, an absolutely nerve wreaking Lenovo jingle every single time you restart the machine and the Lenovo logo spinning on screen at two separate times during the startup. The Lenovo launcher is horrible. It does not take advantage of the vast screen real estate and instead has icons that look bloated. On the hardware side, the lid cannot be opened easily and this is a huge issue, because I spend about 15 seconds trying to pry open this machine with my nails. What Lenovo needs to have put is a ledge to get a grip and a spring loaded mechanism to just open the lid to about an inch. All that complaints aside, this is the way an android laptop is supposed to be ad I consider this machine to be a great start. A good lid, pleasant startup sequence, 4 GB RAM and 128 GB storage would be my dream android laptop.

I was skeptic first regarding some of the reviews about the screen but changing brightness solves it. I love the price, battery life (it's amazing!!!), love the fact that it is touch screen (hello pool game), overall built quality, halo keyboard (which folds all tablet utilization), expandable storage. However I wish, Lenovo folks pushes software update soon... that way I can enjoy latest Android (not that I'm not happy with current v6).

I have been enjoying this tablet immensely. It books quickly, has a great look / feel. I like the physical keyboard when used. What drive me nuts is that the GUI keyboard does not have a SEMICOLON. What the heck!?!? In summary, if proper usage of punctuation is not your main concern, this is a great tablet. If you can live with the itch in your brain that not having a semicolon will create.... go for it.

Small enough to be called a laptop but has a laptop feel and function. Keyboard worked great to my surprise (including the trackpad). Android makes it capable of the huge selection of apps out there. Video quality quite good. Very impressed with this product - especially for the price.

I received the Yoga A12 about 3 days ago, and my initial impressions have been not so great. I really want to like the device, but so far I am thinking about returning it. Here are my impressions Great - Build and size. Makes my Asus UX305 look chunky! Build quality seems solid. - Responsiveness has so far been no issue (surprisingly) - USB C! Good - Battery life beats most of my laptops, probably 8 or 9 hours of mixed use. - Sound quality and volume is good for the size Annoying - No tab to open laptop, have to dig my fingernails into seam to open. Its quite difficult and im worried about dropping it. - Screen quality seems sub-par, even for normal HD. I have a 13" 720p laptop taht appears much crisper and better color. Hulu looks much better on the laptop. - Position of power button. Should have power button on keyboard - Halo keyboard should have "bumps" on the F and G keys. They should even consider having raised outlines of keys. Would probably help accuracy. Bad - By far worst thing is the Android OS. I don't know why thy didn't use Chrome OS, but all other things are forgivable to this. - Keyboard doesn't have any finger rejection. It should, since most typists keep at least their pointer fingers on the keyboard as guides. This really effects accuracy and speed. - No multi-touch trackpad. I really like to use two finger scroll on websites and documents, and is kind of the default way of navigating using a laptop. Overall, I really wanted to love this product, but I can't really recommend it unless they address the last 3 issues.

I received mine about 6 hours ago and so far love it except for the power cord length it's way too short . I own the yoga 10+hd also and a no name 1 and there is a button to click and it transfer all your info from them to this 1. I own a lot of Lenovo products from desktop to laptop to 2 tablets.

I have been searching for a device like this for some time. NOTHING has even come close to what this offers at the price it is at. The minor adjustmemt to Android to allow for quasi-multi tasking is great and the overall UI is kept simple and clean. The keyboard is a great idea that performs well thus far and is much easier to get along with than I initially thought. It sounds incredible with the volume turned up and the screen is sharp and very bright. It apparently is water resitant as well, (the video tutorial says so) and the ONLY compaints I have thus far are the lack of any additional ports past the usb-c, lack of keyboard customization options and lack of instructions for the device overall. Certainly worth the price of admission and more. This is a fine device and certainly is an easy buy for most looking to consolidate devices.
