This thing is a godsend for the run and gun shooting I do. I like to bring at least one other lens when I shoot and hate to carry extra bags and slinging this over my arm is the simplest way to keep my kit light. I wouldn't suggest you using this with a heavy 300mm lens but you still can because it can withstand it. It's just as secure as putting a lens on your camera. Works perfectly with my Canon 50mm and 85mm primes.

I'm a sports photographer that needs to swap lenses for some pre- and post-game photos. In the past I tried bags and it was always cumbersome and I was afraid that I'd drop a lens while juggling them. While I still need some more practice to speed up my use of the lens flipper I can already tell it's going to make my life so much easier. It's my favorite accessory so far this year.

This is a wonderful tool! It simplifies changing big bulky lenses. Gone are the days of juggling large lenses praying you do not drop them during a change. I really, really like this product. Very clever and helpful.

The GoWing Lens Flipper works like a charm. It definitely minimizes the time spent changing lenses.

This is genius. Plain & simple. The concept is brilliant but the ease of use is the wow-factor. I just got this baby last week, had a wedding over the weekend & was able to use it for the first time. The strap was easy to apply - same application as a camera strap. At first I was a little nervous to attach my 70-200 2.8 lens on it in fear of the weight, if it would hold, etc. I would have a heart attack if it fell off and broke. My fears were diminished and completely gone well before the ceremony. This can handle the weight which gave me much piece of mind. The lenses attach to the Lens Flipper in the same fashion it attaches to the camera body. You line up the red dots (for Canon) and rotate until it clicks into place. There's a release button on the flipper to remove the lens. There's a release for both sides, so my only warning is to be very careful that you are releasing the side you want (if there's lenses on both sides). Overall, it now takes me 10-15 seconds to switch lenses, which is an incredible time saver for both the photographer & the client! This is a MUST have for anyone in wedding or event photography where you need to be moving fast. I'll definitely use it for portrait sessions as well, it's just less necessary when you're on your own timetable instead of someone else's.

Huge Help

I'm a sports photographer that needs to swap lenses for some pre- and post-game photos. Simple and ingenious, the GoWing Lens Flipper for Canon EF Mount Lenses provides a fast and effective way to carry and switch lenses while shooting. With a double-sided lens mount and sturdy shoulder strap you can attach a lens to the Lens Flipper and have it hang conveniently at your side while shooting. However, when you need to change lenses on your camera, the beauty of the Flipper is revealed-- quickly attach the removed lens to the bottom mount of the Flipper, flip it over, remove the other lens and attach it to your camera. No fuss, no muss.
With a strong lug on each side and a 1"-wide adjustable strap, the lightweight Lens Flipper securely holds even large telephoto lenses and hangs at the ready when it is time to swap lenses.
