Hybrid monitor doesn't excell as either

Display itself looks great. Very good color. Does default to 100% brightness for every new device which it bit annoying. 60-75% seems ideal, especially for PC use. Never could get it to run at 100Hz, and apparently isn't FreeSync compatible. I'm fine with 60Hz so a minor con. And while UHD would be a nice to have FHD resolution is good enough for me. Only 2 HDMI ports is very limiting for connectivity. Lack of 3.5mm or optical audio out is a gross drawback. Onboard speakers sufficient for news but flat out awful for any media consumption. Sacrificing an HDMI port is essential for ARC audio output. Supports BT audio as well but doesn't auto reconnect which gets annoying real quick. Rear USB ports are also unpowered in standby. I'm not a fan of the webOS UI, but this is subjective. Objectively it's very laggy on this unit. Even just going through the menu settings is sluggish. LG really cheaped out on CPU power. Most streaming apps perform well enough. The LG Guide and Channels bring this to a crawl. Thankfully this does use IR for the remote, and was able to program my Harmony and SofaBaton for advanced multi-device control. And LG is one of the few brands left that still have discrete IR input command switching. Though will need a premium universal remote as mentioned to utilize them. For me this is my primary factor is TV purchases. Screws were not included for the stand. Had to run out and pick up some m4x20 & 25mm to even assemble it. My previous TV of 15 years finally crapped out. Really didn't even want to upgrade as the older models had far more connectivity options. Unfortunately these hybrid models today are the only alternative for my use case setup - and pickings are slim. Don't care for the current color options either. Everything about this TV is a compromise.

It's almost more than 2 months now I am reaching out to you. No return shipping label yet even though the return is authorized on 8/28. Shame on you all and LG. DO NOT BUY LG Products, LG is Fraud company on this earth, They do not have return policy. You will loose your money, They published false information on this site on Return Policy.

Update: LG is Fraud company on this earth, it's almost 15 days I requested my return but no shipping label yet. Please do not buy LG products. You will loose your money, there is no return policy. DO NOT BUY any LG products from LG site.

Tiny speakers

Monitor is good but speakers sound is very tiny, hard to understand dialogues when watching movies. The worst and painful part is return process, I requested a return week back but still no shipping label. Every time I call they say it will take 24-48 hrs, They posted on this site that buy with confident with free return policy but it is very painful. DO NOT BUY any LG products from LG site.
