Not upto LG's mark.

I tried using it for two weeks and had to return it as it did not fulfill my needs. The LG WebOS was extremely slow. The contrast was not good. Black colors were washed out and looked grey. I loved the finish, Web camera minimalistic design. However, the functionality and display quality were poor. Ih they fix those issues, I would buy it once again.

WebCam not working with Mac

Bought this primarily to be a high resolution monitor for work with an integrated WebCam. I'm sorry to say that The WebCam was never detected by my MacBook. Technical support was not able to resolve the issue either (over the phone). I'm in the middle of a repair request with LG to see if they can fix the issue. Another issue is that the monitor will not stay connected when I use an HDMI cord via my docking station. Plugged directly to the MacBook, it will stay connected, but not through the docking station. I'm quite disappointed with the product so far. I hope the repair can turn it around. Thank you

Wonderful Monitor

I fell in love with this monitor as it connected wirelessly to my windows laptop. And we could watch like a tv with Disney and Netflix.

This monitor does not connect to Mac mini FaceTime. Customer service does not understand how to setup the external device. They lie about calling back after further investigation and never call back. They do not have tech team or escalation team. Very disappointed. Cost too much to not have full functionality with camera access on the external device.

Huge issue with this "MONITOR"

HUGE ISSUE. I got this monitor to be used as a monitor with my laptop connected. I do zoom calls all day. The webcam only works with LG's native apps for like workout apps and it doesn't automatically turn on for a zoom meeting if your meeting starts.  I can't believe this. It's more of a tv not a monitor. All I want is for the webcam to start automatically when a meeting starts when I work. So silly. I called customer support twice and they couldn't believe it either. Who's gonna use the webcam for a tv lol. Will likely return unless LG corrects this issue

Great crisp smart TV

I have had this Smart Monitor for about a week now. I have to say is HOLY COW. This TV quality is very nice. I recommend choosing your own picture mode ASAP to your needs when you first get this TV. The WebOS has a little learning curve but its really not bad. It took me about 15-20 minutes to learn. The speakers are muffled sounding, so they're just OK to me. I recommend pairing a bluetooth speaker so that the sound quality is better. Overall, this is one CRISP smart monitor. I was skeptical of the DCI-P3 (95%) but dang was I wrong. I love this monitor base style, its very study compared to the tri-pods on most monitors in the market.
