Its excellent. From growing up with a black and white tv that which only got 3 channels if the weather was right, to having a great tv was like winning the sweepstakes.

I bought this tv a couple of months ago and so far I have not had any negative experience. The tv is working as it should be without any hick ups. The UI needs a little work as it get bogged down by bloat ware. They should use the android software as it is easier to use. Other than that I have nothing negative to say.

Image quality is great, but everything else about the TV is a nightmare. I've never had a tv give me so much trouble - it can't connect to the WiFi reliably, stops streaming in the middle of shows, audio is horribly balanced on every setting, and it's just sooooooo slow to do anything on. Can't reliably watch any streaming service. It's not the WiFi either as every other device (and prior TVs) have worked perfectly. Do not buy!!!

We have had this tv for 5 years?. We thought the internet was the problem NOPE it's the TV. Wifi terrible, connected it with the internet directly still doesn't work. Keeps saying "connected and disconnected ". Remote only works half the time. Incredibly disappointing this didn't last 5 years.

Connected with a chat agent who told me the Wi-Fi chip has reached its limit?? Was told it's $75 for a chip and $200 for the repair, which is cheaper than a new tv?. but, when I asked if the repair came with a warranty, he said no. So, I guess I'm done with LG products. I've never had nothing but issues with them, including my fridge.

I bought this TV in 2019 and I was really excited about the upgrade as my previous LG TV was so reliable. We have had nothing but challenges with this is TV. Mostly with the WiFi and apps. The remote stopped working and there was always some adjustment to make in regards to the darkness of the screen. Ultimately, the WiFi stopped working. The WiFi in my older LG still works. That was disappointing and I will have to think long and hard before I purchase another LG TV.

One MAJOR complaint - the appalling Wi-Fi with this TV. We have a 1000 mbps internet download and wifi and the TV is constantly "loosing wifi connectivity" making any internet TV, such as PLUTO or TUBI almost impossible to watch. What is worse - when I go to the Internet Settings - it shows as being "Connected" to our wifi yet we still get the "NO CONNECTION" error messages. The TV has a great picture but if you plan on using it with Wi-Fi, forget it - DON'T waste your money on it.

I was having problems with my '65 TV. The words were not matching with the mouth. I also could not get my streaming services to work and the Mouse would disappear. Had my Apt rewired, Cable Co out. Nothing worked. Finally called LG. Tech from Crespos called, asked my problems and immediately said I needed a new motherboard. He had to find one for a 4 year old set. Took about a half week and yesterday he put it in. I feel like I have a new TV. It is gorgeous. Thank goodness for maintenance contracts. LG is the BEST!!

Shortly after factory warranty (3 years) expired, my LG TV would intermittently lose Wi-Fi capability. My Magic Remote functionality also became unreliable. An internet search of my issue(s) revealed my issues were experienced and reported by many others. LG did not want to acknowledge these known issues or approve an out of warranty repair as a courtesy. My LG Smart TV is now an LG Dumb TV. I have to now use my Amazon Fire stick to stream content. By the way, I did not receive any LG product for free, or at a discount. LG has not done enough to restore my faith in their brand.

Bought this TV about 5 years ago. The first issue was wi-fi connectivity. I was able to fix this by taking the back of the tv and resetting the wifi antennae, the cable was also crimped pretty bad so flattened it out. That solved that issue. About a year ago a thin black line appeared about 1/3 of the way up, it's annoying but we live with it. Now over the past few months the remote stops working for no reason. Also, the sound is cutting out when streaming. I have an LG soundbar attached via optical cable, it worked perfectly up until a couple of months ago. Apps also don't load properly, YouTube TV specifically despite now being hard-wired. Already shopping for a new TV, LG is not in the mix.

Bought this a few years ago, was great at first, it?s a smart TV never had one with so many options. Screen is clear, but sometimes it has too many options or not enough. No settings to connect to Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi only has select which but no on/off option. Sync to sound bar was a pain to find. Once I figured out the tv and all the options/settings it wasn?t so bad but??? Then the remote stopped working, no cursor on the screen anymore. Found out how to pair it(no Bluetooth settings option just connecting via remote) that worked sometimes. Best way to fix was to unplug the tv then plug it back in. Worked for hours maybe days then did it again. Got a new remote same issue so safe to say it?s the tv. While being frustrated with that, the Wi-Fi started doing the same thing. Shutting off but no way to turn Wi-Fi back on except unplug tv and plug back in. So if the Wi-Fi disconnect for some unknown reason, I would lose Netflix and then it was this dumb process to watch tv. I work early and get home late so to call LG when I get home they are closed. Finally had some time to call them and well like everything else, warranty is now over and they can?t help me. Suggested I buy a new remote(bought 2 new ones now have 3 total) and they work when they want to. The Wi-Fi issue is still an issue and I didn?t get any help from them as well. This will be the last lg item I buy. I even bought the sound bar and subwoofer. I?ll go find some other brand that will help me if there are issues.

We bought this TV and it has continued to have a poor picture quality as well as connectivity issues. We continue to have to follow all troubleshooting suggestions. My husband took it apart and cleaned it as it was suggested. It no longer will recognize the wi-fi at all. I would never purchase an LG tv again as this has left a bad impression.

I have owned this TV for about 4 years. And well. The experience has not been good. At first the picture/sound/apps were all great. However soon after stuff started going wrong. The remote would just stop working randomly and no matter what I did I couldn't get it work properly again. After about 6 months the WIFI stopped working all together. No matter what I did. So I ran some ethernet cable and ran it up through the old cable hole. That worked well until a few months down the road the network stopped working at all.. Thank goodness for a Fire Stick. Now after only 4 years the TV will randomly turn itself off. Calling LG customer service is like going to the dentist. Something you know you have to do but you know it's going to painful. The customer service is a joke. Called numerous times for the issues.

Moved to using an ethernet cable and nothing wireless, and it still tells me i don't have an internet connection constantly AND even worse is every 3 seconds the sound will cut out for 1 second. This makes watching anything UNBEARABLE. Can?t find a workaround (even with a soundbar), flip of a coin whether it will have sound issues or not but it always coincides with messages about no internet connectivity/ bluetooth going out. Any LG forum or customer service advice will tell you that your tv is fine and anything wrong is some fault of anything other than their device?

TV picture is good, if you adjust local dimming off and work on getting a brighter picture, it is quite good. Serious ethernet connectivity problem, continuing to get disconnect and reconnect messages. Sound and video do not stay aligned, even with this setting enabled. WiFi connection will not recognize my router, even though I disconnect other devices. WiFi works okay for all other devices, but not this TV. Ready to give up on this unit after only a year or so. Seems to have all firmware updated. Quitting on LG TV for now.

Owned about 4 years, last 6 months showed deteriorating wifi reception which was bypassed by using ethernet. That worked fine for video, but audio would break up. Found many complaints about connectivity with this product, sometimes remedied by removal of back panel to clean and rearrange connectors. Not for me, so separate streaming device connected thru HDMI connector was only answer. Works fine if working with 3 remotes is the new normal. Also, this set normally uses only $15 worth of electricity in a YEAR, so why is the default position ENERGY SAVING, which reduces picture brightness and contrast?

We have had this tv for a couple of years. I finally figured out a way to get an ethernet cable connected which greatly improved the smart features. That is a problem with our wifi and not the TV. Not crazy about the magic remote, but you don't have to use that feature.

The TV is hands down great but there're software issues that keeps the sound from cutting in and out whenever I watch internet based streams or play media via USB. I'm however waiting on next update to see if the issues resolve.

This TV is garbage, I have regretted it every day since. I had to have the screen replaced, the darks are awful and you basically can't see anything dark. Bright scenes are decent. And local dimming, oh my god, it creates blocks and lines on your TV when it shifts from light to dark. You have to turn off local dimming on all options. The OS is terrible and has such limited stuff you either need a firestick or similar to get most apps. I would never buy another LG. I don't understand how the quality of this TVs picture made it bask quality control.
