The touchscreen sensitivity is too low. It skips while I scroll or drag, because the detection of my finger is intermittent - unless I apply much more pressure what other touch devices usually require. I also have last year's 16T90SP, and it doesn't have this problem.

It's LG's built-in hybrid AI assistant, combining both on-device intelligence and cloud-based power. At this point, I genuinely don't know how I was working without it. These days, I automatically run all my emails through Gram Chat-it checks grammar, improves tone, and just makes everything sound more polished and professional. To be honest, I've reached the point where I can't really do these tasks without it: 1. Translate between Korean and English without sounding like Google Translate 2. Summarize long PDFs or articles when I don't have time to read every line 3. Brainstorm ideas for presentations or emails when I'm drawing a blank 4. Adjust system settings quickly without digging through menus And the best part? Some of these features even work offline-perfect for those moments when Wi-Fi disappears mid-task. In short, the LG gram Pro 16" is lightweight in form but heavyweight in performance. All opinions expressed in this post are personal and should not be attributed to LG I can't believe I was chosen to receive this product as part of an employee ambassador program. The 16" LG gram 2-in-1 has a beautiful, bright display and despite its size is super light and easy to carry. I charged my laptop battery and it kept up with me for most of the day. When left in sleep mode, the battery level barely changed even after not using the laptop for a few days. The laptop appears to be fast in terms of performance. I have not used it for heavy tasks yet but have so far not noticed any lag or stuttering when loading webpages or streaming. The display has 360° hinges allowing you to use the laptop as a tablet. The touch screen is very responsive - I had to turn down the sensitivity! It registers even the lightest of touches with precision. It comes with a stylus included and it conveniently attaches to the right of the gram by magnet. I did have to knock off a star as the stylus stopped working. It worked the first few days after setting up but has stopped working two weeks later. I tried looking up support pages to troubleshoot but am having trouble finding anything related to my topic. Overall, what a fantastic product from LG. It's great for those who have to commute to school or work as the lightweight design doesn't add weight to your tired shoulders after a long day. It's also great for creators who want the flexibility of designing and drawing by hand to bring your content to life.

The main stand out for me instantly was the great display that is vibrant and very responsive. As this is my first time using an OLED screen, I was truly blown away by the next level visuals I got from this laptop. The beautiful screen paired with the intel 7 processor brings a whole new level of strong performance I'd expect from a laptop of this caliber. As a gamer who frequently travels for work, I often have to leave my gaming home as there aren't many thin and light options that can also give a great gaming experience. The large display with high refresh rate in a very low form factor gives me on the go gaming that I have not found in any other laptops before. I have used this device for several days straight without the need to charge the battery, another feature that I know will be useful on the go. The include pen and the 2-in-1 design is a nice tough for creatives who want to get up close to their work. With how great the display is, I can see this being very useful for design. In addition, this design makes it easy for me to use a large display on a flight where the space is limited. I can read emails, browse, watch videos, while still having plenty of space. With it fully folded over, I can work on top of it like a tablet that has a very responsive touch screen display. My only critique is that the pen, though a useful tool, doesn't seem cohesive to the design of the laptop. It magnetically attaches to the side of the laptop where I would be holding the device if I am on the move. This means that it is often working against me as I move around. I understand that given the thin design, there is little room for the pen, but it would be nice if it can be tucked away somewhere.
