Brought this projector in august 2018, everything works fine, time by time cleaning the projector mirror, it?s lose the coat, up to losing the weak coat. Is outside warranty.

you can only use web browser watching youtube, no built-in app for youtube. not in the lg app content store either. if you don't care it, then it is a good projector. no other projector manufactures provides built-in digital tv tuner.

I bought my LG short throw projector about a month ago and after some pic adjustments and updates, it works great! I purchased a nakamachi surround system to go with it and now I have a hard time leaving my house to go to the theater... great investment!

They designed this thing 3 years ago and news flash but technology changes way too fast so this plastic is now obsolete and the fact that they still have this thing for sale is remarkable but we do live in a savage world. Good luck finding anyone that knows anything about it also. The people at B&H have no knowledge whatsoever and try to lie and act like they do. Blueetooth is outdated, doesn't mirror cast from iphone or android, can't download apps, doesnt work with youtubetv. it's a bust. and the new $3 version is also incapable of downloading apps. makes no sense. LG is a halfway company

Color was nice out of the box, as well as the WebOS and remote. You have to watch it in complete darkness for the best result just like any projector. It is connected to my AVR where my bluray and computer is attached. The image is projected to a 120 inch screen. If you are only using it for viewing movies then I would give it a 4 star, however if you are going to use it as a super giant computer monitor then you will be disappointed because the text are not sharp on the corners, and no matter how much tweaking or adjustment you do one corner will be sharp and the other will be soft. If adjust that soft corner then the other corner will turn soft, and vice versa. Same thing when you are looking at pictures. I don't know if that's the drawback of UST projectors or mine just have an issue. But you will hardly noticed it if you are just watching movies, but even though, it's annoying. On dark scenes it is not as black as I would like it to be. Since I am a newbie when it comes to projector, I can not totally say that it is the projector's shortcoming, because I am just using an outdoor screen that is hanged on the wall of my living room. I am positively sure it is going to be different if I use a dedicated hometheater projection screen. That is why I am just giving it 4 star for watching movies and 1 star for using it as a computer projector.
