Loved the picture quality and deep blacks. I've tried 10+ projectors in the range of $1000-$2500 and LG projectors (HU710PW and HU810PW) have amazing balance of picture quality, lamp life and deep blacks (same level as Epson 5050UB). Since HU710PW is compact and offers 95% of features the big brother HU810PW, I ended up sticking with HU710PW. I got a dead pixel after 1 month of usage, LG Customer care was easy to reach and get it fixed. Highly recommend this projector. Thanks

Bought this for our new dedicated home theater, and I'm so glad we decided to go with the HU710PW. Mounting/setting it up is super easy with the lens shift. The extensive picture settings make dialing in a great picture pretty easy; I just looked at some projector review websites and started from their calibration settings then fine tuned it. It's an amazing picture. We have an LG OLED TV, and while the picture isn't the same quality, we didn't expect it to be, and it's still incredible and a very immersive experience. LG magic remotes are great (even though I use apps on the phone to control the receiver and NVIDIA shield I have attached so I don't use it). All in all, from all the projectors I looked at through extensive research before making this purchase, I can't imagine I would have gotten a better projector for the price I paid for this one. Highly recommend!

I only enjoyed this product for 1 week after installation. Had it installed about 1 month after I bought it, and when I called LG, I was told my warranty has expired. This is my most horrible experience. Sending back a brand new product for repairs. Very unhappy with this purchase.

Bought this about a month ago so had sometimes to watch varieties of source materials. The projector is great right out of the box but some adjustments were need to make the pictures even better! It is one of the easiest projector to setup, however, I wish that it would comes with Auto Keystone and Auto Focus to make projector even more user friendly. You will need to get an ALR Screen to make this projector shine, it makes a huge difference IMO. I bought some ALR screen materials on Amazon and mount to the existing fixed frame that I had and now it is so much more enjoyable to watch movies and favorite shows! I bought this projector before Prime Day so it was a little pricey, otherwise, could have save few hundred bucks if I waited for the sales. So far, I?ve really enjoyed this projector and the Magic Remote and the interface is very good as well. Let?s hope that it lasts for awhile, not like the Optoma laser projector that I had, where the mirror shows dead pixels when the warranty expired! Can?t wait to buy some of the LG UST projectors in the future!

I've had this projector for about 6 months now and while it produces a decent image, it is not without its problems: 1 Blacks levels are mediocre at best. 2) in a ceiling mount configuration, it produces considerable light leak from the lens that contaminates the ceiling with light streaks. I had to 3D print a shield to fit on the front of the lens to fix this. 3) The HDR algorithm is poor and produces very murky dark areas in the HDR image. 4) If you use the Iris to help reduce black levels, it biases the image toward blue. The more you close it, the worse it gets. 5) It almost feels like LG has already abandoned this product as there has not been a software update since release and it clearly needs one.
