Projector picture quality is great but using external surround system had glitches, sound kept cutting from surround to internal speakers. I have been sending it in for repairs for last 4-5 months now, every time it comes back same issue. This experience being very frustrating. Specially I purchased it for football season and did not even watch a single game I always loved LG and have 3 OLED tv's in my home..

Great picture but I have a few gripes. Took a long time to get the keystone correction perfect, not sure why there is a limit to the digital alignment in any direction. The internal speakers compared to other USTs I've owned are subpar, the sound is too flat in my opinion although I have it hooked up to my surround sound system so no biggie here, overall the system on terms of brightness, sharpness and contrast is good.

Wish it had Max on the app store; not sure what it doesn't have it. Otherwise screen is beautiful even on a normal white wall. A little slower than TV but otherwise very nice and looks good even at 120 inches.

I don't know how we could possibly go back to a LED/OLED television. Our UST LG will most likely be the last television we ever purchase. The resolution is phenomenal and the lack of glare only emphasizes the fantastical magic our home theater exudes.

After buying this projector 9 months ago the screen does not display anymore, but the audio is still on. Thankfully it was less than 1 year so it was "covered" under warranty. I understand the product defects can happen, so I was willing to call support to diagnosis the issue. This is when the nightmare happened. After walking through the reset steps with support (which they are from India with heavy accents), they told me I need to ship it back to one of their repair facilities. Mind you these are repair facilities that are contracted with LG so communication between the repair facility and LG is rough. After sending my product for repair, they sent the product back and it was still broken. I sent it in again and they shipped it back again broken. I sent it 3 times and they couldn't fix it so I'm not "allowed" to get a replacement instead of a repair, but no one from LG will even reach out to me. They say they'll get back to me within 2 to 4 business days, but no one EVER calls back. I have to call in every other day to ask about my status. I won't ever buy an LG product after this. The support is horrible!

Pretty amazing - only two improvements I can think of 1. incorporate Youtube TV app - I had to purchase an Amazon 4K fire stick just to use this one app. All other apps are native to the LG main menu 2. The screen correction (4/9/16) pt is a little difficult to use on projector screens, this could be related to screen tensioning however

After 1 year, the screen started turning black. I have seen similar reviews below. Do not buy, unless you want a project for only 1 year!

Purchased for use in generally dedicated area paired with an Elite Screens CLR 120" screen. Brightness reduction from CLR screen maybe impacts total lumens, but still visible in all light conditions. Overall clarity and picture quality good. Top of frame though has warpage of about 1" at center peak of screen. Not noticeable under 99% of viewing, but observable when adjusting focus and alignment. Unfortunately at 13.5 months from start of use, a stuck on white pixel has happened at about 2 feet to the right of screen center. LG currently has the projector for out of warranty repair at my expense (about 30% of new price) as it is 1.5 months out of warranty. Customer support has been responsive to activate repair service, but non-receptive to any extended warranty coverage. Would not recommend this projector if viewing life is only 13.5 months (maybe 600 hours) before product quality renders main view area unacceptable.

I have had mine over a year. Love it for most part. Couple of issues I hope they address?. More updates to add things like the other LG TVs get. Soundbar and audio integrations with more third parties would be nice. Can you add support for HDR10+ possible ?

Had ours a year. Just had first update to firmware, 3.1.2?. Not sure what was updated but does seem that the OLED TVs have more features?. I wish the audio would be more robust with third party soundbar a like SONOS.

I really would only give this 4.5 stars for only one reason. I cannot understand why this particular product does not have all of the same apps that my LG OLED TV does. For example. there is no Hulu app, no YoutubeTV app and no Paramount+ app for some reason. With streaming devices so cheap, it is not that big of an issue, but it does mean you take up an HDMI port for what should essentially be an unneeded device. I will give them kudos for at least adding three HDMI ports so you have an extra over most competitors. As for the positives, this projector is BRIGHT, which is great for using with some light in the room. In fact, our living area is very bright but does not have light that shines directly on our screen and the picture is very watchable at all times of the day, which is great if you want to watch a sporting event with people over as no one wants to have friends over to sit in the dark. It also is very sharp and clean in the picture department once you set it up properly and set the focus to the point that it is very TV like. Sound is also great, as it is really a sound bar built in it a projector casing and it even supports additional wireless speakers for a surround setup without the need for a receiver. Add in the many ways to calibrate and fine tune the picture and you have a real winner., especially given the price.

Great value for money. Amazing picture quality and decent contrast and color representation for the price point. Sound handling is excellent. Setting up was easy, WebOS presents easy navigation and clean interface but wished it had better support for more apps. The browser is very responsive and did not see that crashing ever. I could hear some fan noise occasionally as I use it in a small room. I don?t use it for games, so no complaints there. I did have couple of minor issues where the colors faded and video cut out while watching YouTube but this did not reoccur.

We bought this to replace our main TV. We like not having a TV in our living room. The picture is exceptional. We project onto a textured wall, but we do not mind the imperfections. We were going to buy a UST projector screen, but now prefer to use just the wall. The picture is bright, even during the day. The unit is easy to use and it is nice having quick access to Netflix, Prime, Disney+, and Apple TV. I wish it also had Hulu, but we use our Firestick for Hulu. Highly recommend.

LG has the height and depth dimensions switched in the specs on the website below. DIMENSIONS/WEIGHT Product (WxHxD) 21" x 12.4" x 6" The product is actually 12.4" Depth and it looked like to me more like 6.25" height, but I'm assuming the 6" they have listed is the mfg measurement.
