Shopper : Is this compatible with Windows 8.1?Frederick R : No, it does not come with a pocket clip. I found a pocket clip of the appropriate size on a pocket screw driver I own (that I never put in my pocket), so I took it off of that and put it on the stylus and it fit perfectly and it held extremely tight, but because the clip part of my particular pocket clip's ends were not "flared", it did put very minor scratches on the stylus which can only be seen if you actually look for it (doesn't affect functionality at all though) .
