How to create flawless circles in your Cosplay materials  The XTA8001 COS-Tools Circle Cutter is your ideal solution. This precision tool allows you to cut perfect circles ranging from 1" to 6" in diameter. It's equipped with a center depth indicator that displays blade progression, making it suitable for material thicknesses up to 1/2". This circle cutter stands out with its dual inch/metric rail, a centering pin, a magnetic blade slot, and a clear acrylic safety dome. The safety dome not only protects you from the sharp blade but also provides a clear view of the blade's progression. For optimal results, it's recommended to use a scrap foamboard underlayment. The package includes five blades, and it's compatible with replacement blades WA-5 or WA-20. The cutting knob, attached to the cutting handle, is used to turn the scaled cutting beam and blade. The scaled cutting beam is adjustable and holds the blade assembly. It's set for the desired circle diameter cut. The blade block holds the blade securely in place, and the blade cover plate, placed between the blade holding knob and the cutting blade, ensures the blade is firmly against the blade block. The board depth pin lowers inside the center of the cutting mechanism as the blade lowers, showing how deeply the blade has progressed through the cut. The safety dome features hand grip ridges for a firm hold while using the circle cutter. The beam adjustment knob holds the scaled cutting beam in place, and by loosening the knob, you can slide the beam and set the circle diameter. The beam block holds the scaled cutting beam, and the scale is read to the left of the block. The centering pin marks the center of the resulting circle cut without damaging the material surface.
