Alana W : Is the Linco Studio Boom Arm and Bag compatible with the Linco Professional Heavy Duty 8ft Lightstand (8308) with casters?DAVID O : It is, but it is designed to clamp securely to only the first two sections of the stand. Without casters, that places the clamp at about five feet from the floor. With casters, you'll have to add the height of the casters. The boom is very rigid. The clamp, because the Linco stands are so smooth, will slip if not tightened with care.VITOS S : It is compatible but the the yellow part is does not hold tight enough.RAYMOND V : No casters....also the boom sucks. Seems like a good deal but it is not. Vertical component of the stand is nice though.

You get the stand, extension pole and counter weight bag which has 2 zippered pockets that holds 30lbs. Sorry it took so long to answer, we had a flood in our home and was taking care of it.MD H : There is no mistake. What adorama shows is the actual price ;). GET IT WHILE YOU CAN!!!MD H : Contents: It comes with stand, sandbag, boom clamp. Pros: - Very sturdy (boom and the sand) - For the money this is the BEST you can get and I researched a lot. The clamp is a bit hard to tighten. - Linco customer service is excellent. Once contacted they replaced the boom clamp without delay. Cons: - The clamp needs to be redesigned. It takes way more effort to tighten the clamp. the original clamp was too loose with the highest tighten and the replacement clamp takes way more effort to tighten. And the boom dia is big. I had other two boom clamp (one is manfrotto), none fits. Conclusion: Overall very very sturdy product along with excellent customer service and best for the money - with the exception of boom clamp. Highly recommended. (Pls use a piece of paper in between the clamp and the boom - seems to help the tighten process, easy on my hand!)Mike D : Just the stand, boom arm, and the clamp. The little weight bag in the picture is not included (or at least it wasn't in MY box). No biggie, though.DAVID O : My earlier answer contained an error: I meant to write that the clamp fits only on the second section of the stand.DAVID O : The package includes a Linco 8310 (Ten foot) light stand, which is all steel and quite rigid. It also includes the boom (with a 5/8" spigot on the end) as pictured, and the Linco clamp as depicted. The boom adjusts from 51" to 92". The clamp fits only the second section of the boom, so the maximum height of the clamp is 55 1/2" above the floor. The upper two sections of the stand are not functional as a boom support with this clamp, but the stand does terminate with a 5/8" spigot, so it could be used as a ten-foot light stand. The box also contains a ballistic nylon bag for counterweights, with a clip that allows it to be attached to the end of the boom. I think this item is mis-priced, since it lists for about $100 on the Linco website.
