The Listec ENZ-1717PT-A6 Entry-level VGA Studio Prompter consists of a 17'' LCD display with a 10 feet (3 m) VGA cable, wide-angle trapezoidal fold-down mirror/soft hood assembly, Z-mount support system and the A-6000WIN InstantEdit professional Prompter Program. In addition to a SXGA resolution of 1280 x 1024, brightness of 300 cd/m2, contrast ratio of 2000:1 and aspect ratio of 4:3, it can be used with Mini DV camcorders weighing up to 10 lbs (4.5 kg) and Windows OS based computers.

Lenses with a focal length of 4.5 mm or higher are supported by the assembly, which also offers a viewing angle of 160 degrees (horizontal/vertical). Mini DV camcorders can be mounted using the Z-mount support system, thereby eliminating the need for counterbalance. The A-6000WIN InstantEdit professional Prompter Program offers the mirror image of text when the presenter is scrolling the prompter output or when it is coupled with the LSC-VGA2B Image Reverser (optional) and another person is operating the prompter.
