i purchased the FLO-x3 to change out the lights in my softbox. When the package arrived, 2 of the 3 lights were broke. The kit was drop shipped from Lowel. I contacted Lowel, they were quick to respond with 2 new replacement lights. I have been very happy with Lowel products.
