While the Lilliput Q18 is a high-end, professional-grade broadcast studio monitor, it's more than just a display device. This 17.3" 16:9 4K UHD HDR monitor is designed to meet the demanding needs of photographers, videographers, and cinematographers, offering a multitude of input compatibility options, including 12G SDI and 12G-SFP Fiber Optic connections for broadcast-quality monitoring.

The Q18's unique feature is its Audio Vectoring capability, which uses a Lissajous graph shape to provide a visual representation of the depth and balance of stereo recordings. This feature, combined with the monitor's remote control capabilities via RS422, GPI, or LAN ports, makes it an indispensable tool for video production and movie making.

The monitor supports a variety of signal transmission methods, including 12G-SDI, 4K HDMI, and 12G SFP+, ensuring no compromise in video signal quality. It's equipped with 12G-SDI, 3G-SDI, and HDMI 2.0 input/output interfaces, supporting resolutions up to 4096x2160 and 3840x2160 at various frame rates.

The Q18's Quad Split Multiview mode allows for simultaneous monitoring of different input signals, enhancing the monitoring experience. When HDR is activated, the Q18 reproduces a greater dynamic range of luminosity, enhancing picture quality. It also supports a variety of HDR standards, including ST2084 300, ST2084 1000, ST2084 10000, and HLG.

The built-in 3D LUT feature offers 17 default logs and 6 user logs for quick color data lookup and recombination. The Q18 also features user-definable buttons for custom auxiliary functions, making it a versatile and user-friendly tool for professional video production.
