Amazing color reproduction

I am totally in love with this monitor and can't wait to turn it on each day. It is my first LCD monitor having moved up from a CRT. I had been hesitant to switch because of the poor color and contrast I had been seeing until I started reading about the 27EA83-D. It sounded too good to be true, but it is true. I do digital photography and graphics and I find that the colors are right on the money. Plus, I am hooked on the extra screen real estate. I only wish the base could swivel left and right to minimize glare, but other than that I wouldn't trade this guy for anything! I still have my CRT but almost never turn it on anymore. It literally pales in comparison!

Horrible flickering

The screen flickers badly. The flickering is worse when using the DisplayPort input. Returned the monitor.
