Have enjoyed this monitor problem free for around 7 years now, for an ultrawide monitor of its generation, it has been everything I could have hoped for.

I got this used over a year ago and it's been great. No issues at all. It's plenty bright enough for my use, colors are nice, and it works great. To be completely honest 75hz looks no different from 60 and if you're after some amazing new experience when it comes to the refresh rate I'd advise a bigger jump. But still it works exactly as I thought it would.

the place i purchased this from (i think amazon or best buy) had advertised 75hz refresh rate. quite disappointing. somebody messed up... 59Hz is too slow for gaming. especially when my card pushed 100+ all day every day.

*****Revised**** This monitor does have has dual controller functionality but since it does not have PBP functionality you cannot split the screen with both devices. This would be an excellent feature. The Dual Controllor feature allows for two separate PC's to be connected to the monitor with the same keyboard and mouse to work across both devices. It also allow for easy file sharing from one computer to the other. NOTE: I use the DISPLAY PORT connected to my HDMI port on my laptop, so I needed a DISPLAYPORT cable to HDMI adapter. Also if you have two workstations on the SUB PC I think you would need a second graphics card (not 100% sure because I didn't have the need to test). This is where the PBP feature would come in handy because both computers would display on the ULTRAWIDE monitor. This and the fact that resolution only goes to 2560 x1080 is the reason I reduced the star rating. For the price it's a great monitor.

This monitor has awesome color coverage, has a 75hz refresh rate, and just looks amazing. It works perfect for gaming as long as you don't need higher than 75hz which unless your a hardcore first person shooter and have the hardware to push above 100 hz then this will be perfect for you!. Now I will say I wish I had gotten the 1440x2560 model because it has a lot better pixel density and just straight up looks better but I could not afford it at the time so I am still very pleased with this monitor! It works great for everything I play and honestly if you don't have a gtx 1070 or higher then you probably shouldn't go for a higher resolution anyway because your frame rates will not be able to hit the max refresh rate. One thing to note that this model does not have speakers, not a problem for me but something you may need to take into account when buying it. So to sum it up Pros Great color coverage quite a few options Higher than 60hz 21:9 ratio (great for racing and most games) Freesync Very good price, cheapest 2560x1080 75 hz at the time that I bought it. Good customer service from a very reputable brand Awesome customer service and RMA(had to send mine in to get it fixed 7 months later due to it not turning on anymore and they actually sent me a prepaid shipping box with packing and had it picked up the next day and it should only take a few days to fix they said so the turn around should be a lot better than other companies I've had to RMA products with) Things that would be nice but would probably drive the price up Would love it to be 100hz but honestly for this price that would be hard to find. bezels could be a little bit thinner but again not bad at all for this price point 1440x2560 will look better and lg does have this model No built in camera Cons No built in speakers Some movies and tv shows do not support 21:9 so they will either have black bars or you will have to download a browser plug in to stretch the picture which will distort it a little but this is not the fault of the manufacture just something to note when buying any 21:9 monitor

This is a great upgrade from my old TN 21" 1080p monitor. The 99% coverage of the SRGB color space is great for the photo editing I do. The only negative is that it is NOT curved.

I've been using monitor for a month now and cannot say enough about it. Split screen software is easy to use and saved me from using multiple monitors. Picture quality is equal to more expensive monitors, single button menu is simple and efficient. Buying one more for my fiancée....Great value!!!!

I purchased this product about a month ago as an introduction to ultra-wide monitors. Before purchasing this product I had only used the display on my 15" laptop. Upon connecting this display to my laptop, I could immediately tell a dramatic difference not just in size, but in overall quality. The colors were a lot more vibrant and IPS panel allows me to view it at almost any angle without sacrificing any quality to the image. My main reason for purchasing this monitor was for multitasking purpose and light gaming. The LG Screen Split Software makes it easy to divide my display into 2-4 segments. Since purchasing, my productivity in my day to day tasks has increased dramatically. In terms of gaming, the free sync software is a nice addition but is not compatible with my Nvidia 1050ti graphics card. However, the 75 Hz is very noticeable coming from a 60 Hz monitor. The increased display also comes in handy for games such as Rainbow Six Siege and Fortnite. If I had to list one gripe about the monitor, it would be the lack of ports on the back of the monitor. It comes standard with one HDMI port, one display port, and a headphone jack. I would have liked to have seen two HDMI ports. Overall, this monitor is a great investment and one that doesn't break the bank. You really do get some great features for the price!

I had a 27" 16:9 and decided to upgrade to the 34" 21:9. I used a program to show how this 34" 21:9 monitor compared to my 27" 16:9 and it is almost exactly the same height and almost twice as wide. My low level video card instantly read the monitor and threw it the right resolution. Loading the LG software was a breeze and essentially painless. Personally I love the software....You can adjust everything on the monitor from your operating system environment....which is MUCH easier than trying to go through the monitor menus. split screen works very smoothly and seamlessly.

I bought this few weeks back looks good but it should have had speaker. That’s something I feel every monitor should have by default. Let the customer decide if they want to use external stereo . lag can do a better job.

This is an upgrade from 2x22" HD monitors. At the same time as installing this I started taking advantage of the multiple desktop feature provided by Windows 10. I'm much more productive in my work. My use is 99% business. Part of my reason for choosing LG is the great results I've had with a variety of LG products. My only demerit is the software that came with the monitor. The installation process was old and clunky. It also caused problems for me. I backed it out.

Great size and resolution; I find the 4k and 8k monitors resolution is too causes things to be small for typical computer work (many programs are not optimized allow for densier display settings). My only complaint is that its menu controls: - I use the monitor vertically, the menu can only be displayed horizontally so bit tricking to navigate - The only button is a 4-way jog control; good for complicated tasks but would be nice to have a dedicated power and source button -The monitor doesn't automatically switch to active signal

I bought the monitor knowing I would do alot of video editing. It has not disappointed. The ultra wide leaves enough room for two enlarged screens and has a stunning picture. I totally love it so far!

Bought this a couple of months ago and have since purchased another monitor that is bigger. The extra wide is okay, and the image is great, but nothing really to qualify the high price tag. Save your money and go with a bigger overall screen.

I can't believe I didn't get one of these sooner. This model allows multiple virtual screens that keep docs or programs in place while having access to all of them. It has no external speakers, but the sound out quality is good. Works well.

Good monitor, 75 hrz, colors look great, deep blacks, I did notice a little hickup every now and then, that shouldn't even be a thing with a 1080ti, but other then the hickup the only other complaint is the monitor stand, it's to short.
