Kenneth R : Can you hook up a VCR to this tv?H. VINCENT Z : I'm sorry, I don't have a vcr.JERRY M : There's no standard RCA 3 jack input, but you can hook it up anyway, using the composite 5 jack input. Hook up the yellow video plug from the VCR to the far left input and the red and white plugs as marked. Your VCR won't look all that great on this since it's low resolution, though. The same goes for TV reception. You will definitely want HD for that. .COURTNEY L : What's a VCR? Haha OF COURSETODD F : Yes! It is a basic TV, with a good 720p picture and good sound. (Note, not full HD, but good.)TONY B : I don't use it for that, so don't know if it will stream directly; however, you can use it through your PC with the right cables, so you could stream that way. Great plasma tv.

We have this tv at our ranch which is in a remote part of New Mexico with no cable and wanted an alternative to satellite tv. This tv combined with Internet TV service was the ticket. I do have Internet services, albeit not very fast (3Mb), we were able to download and watch a HD movie and it looked great. I was nervous about getting a plasma tv, but for example, when I was downloading the movie, which took a while the tv just went into a screen saver mode like my computer monitor does, so no problem. The picture is great, the price was right, and I love it.

Great TV!

Great picture and sound even without a soundbar or stereo connected. Only complaint is channels are grouped when surfing (i.e. cable then digital)

great value

I have a fairly small room and watch mostly sports and tv shows. The set has a great picture and adequate sound, I did decide to get a soundbar for music and movie watching, which has been a nice upgrade. The tv has no streaming capability but does have a usb slot on the side if you want to watch a video on a usb stick. I'm very pleased with the set after having it for about 4 mos. I do wish it had one more hdmi connection, though.
