Headset works fine, but instructions too vague -- especially could not find details about mute/unmute, not that hard to figure out, but still....would have been nice

Doesn't always hook up to my laptop - the on off button is not very convenient.

I'm using these for MS Lync and they work well. For form, fit, and function, I would give these 5 stars. However, I'm returning them after a week because the design is flawed. The wires are tucked into the headset, but they get damaged when you extend the ear pieces to fit your head.

This was actually my first wireless headphone with mic. I do a lot of podcasting (Google Hangouts, web conferencing/Google Voice calls, and recording audio. I normally go with wired solutions just because of the dependability factor. However, working from home listening to music on pc and having a toddler can be a challenge. Especially when trying to keep them from missing with the wires, so I was 'forced' to go wireless. I did my research via CNET and other sites and this had a very good reviews and the price was awesome to start. It has been over a year and I have to say I am very impressed with the following: audio quality (not studio quality but very good); dependability (always works, always connects to whatever program); portability (easy to stowaway and charge); charge hours (not sure what it is rated for but I can use them from the morning and into my afternoon); and easy of use(plug,play and go). Now the not so good is expected because of the quality (you get what you pay for) and the model: comfort on ear (it is tolerable, but compared to some of my other models it has foam vs soft faux leather ear pieces); and range (it is limited because of the technology to 25-30 feet from usb connection), Again overall this is a great option and a great product. It has sold me to the point I am about to upgrade to a higher quality wireless Logitech model (e.g. Logitech Wireless Headset Dual H820e). I have always loved the Logitech brand for my PC accessories because the price you get more quality than you pay for.

These are an average pair of headphones. The trebles are good, but the bass tones seem a bit cloudy. I'm used to them and the do a pretty good job, but certainly better than my laptop speakers. The headphones are comfortable to wear, and I often forget I have them on. If you're not too critical of sound quality, these should be a good choice. They have very good battery life, and they install with ease. I don't think they're great but, but not bad either.

I got these a week ago and I have to say that they are a very nice pair of headphones. They fold for storage and store the receiver in the head phones. I use them to listen to music on my laptop because the ear buds were irritating my ears for some reason. The wireless part is the best part so I can walk around the house just about 30 feet with no distortion but it does matter which direction your head is because the antenna looks to be on the right side because that's when I notice a problem so I just turn my head and the sound is back again. I have worn them for four hours and they are very comfortable.

The quality of the sound from these headphones is good, but not exceptional (I've experienced better). Setting up the headphones can be a quirky experience. If you experience any problems, it may be necessary to go to the Sound section of the Control Panel, and make the logitech headphones the default sound system (instead of the speakers). After connecting the micro-antenna of the wireless headphones to a USB 2.0 connector, you should hear sound to the headphones. When the micro-antenna is removed from the connector, sound through the speakers should be restored.

These are the best headphones I've found for the money. Wireless, clear sound that I use to listen to music, recordings and no wires to get in the way of my work. Excellent sound quality and, yes I'll say it again, wireless freedom. Thank you Logitech!
