It took just a little to get used to the trackball, running it with my thumb. It seemed to cause a little pain, but after a month or so I no longer notice it. 

I like the mouse, one issue is it does seem like periodically it lags just a bit but it's not a real big deal. I thought I would use the 'Super Slow' button more than I do, but haven't found it to be that useful.

A nice ergonomically built mouse.

This was purchased for my son.  He has large hands.  A regular mouse would not work for him.  The unique design of this mouse prevent him from rubbing his wrist on the desk.

Perfect

Have had this mouse for a couple of weeks and so far it has met all of my expectations. It works well and helps to alleviate pressure on my wrist. I use this one at work but tempted to buy a second one to use at home.

Logitech knows how to create solid products even if there are a few caveats. Unifying software works well enough but would like to see more features. Wireless can be inconsistent if you have your phone too close to the mouse or dongle. This is nothing new and has existed across all my Logitech devices. Bluetooth is the way to go.

Trackball  amazing

Takes some time and tuning of sensitivity to get used to the trackball, but the difference in comfort is very noticeable.  Fully worth it for the ergonomic improvement.

Novel design for adjusting the tilt of the mouse. Fits nicely into my hand. I really like the potential for app specific customizations, especially flipping between tabs in chrome.

I was not expecting so many features and so many ways to adjust the tilt and height to give my wrist a rest.  Very easy to set up too! And the MS office shortcut options are much appreciated!

Lots of functions and features at a great price!

I do find that this mouse saves my wrist and I am not sore like I was after many hours at the PC. The mouse does take some getting used to as you cannnot glide it, and hovering your mouse over items and such is just a bit different. After the first week I was not sure if I liked it but I stuck with in. I have had it for a month now and I am used to how it works, am more efficient in using it and it seems to make a difference ergonomically. So, happy with the purchase.

Comfrtable

Great roller ball mouse.  This is my second Logitech roller ball mouse.   It comes with attachments that allow me to align my wrist at various angles, thus decreasing wrist strain .  Having had wrist surgeries and now arthritis, this was an important feature for me. 
 I highly recommend this mouse for anyone with wrist issues.

Spent more than I would normally have on a mouse in the past but since I'm on my laptop so much I felt it was worth it. I'm amazed at what a difference it makes in my hand and especially my wrist. I like that you can customize the buttons for ease, convenience, and comfort to suit your needs.
