They are meticulously crafted plano convex lenses, designed specifically for the demands of professional cinematography. They seamlessly fit into cine matte boxes and come with a variety of clamping adapters, enabling you to attach our 4.5" Round Diopters directly to cine lens barrels. These close-up lenses are designed to allow cine lenses to focus on smaller objects than would typically be possible, making them an excellent choice for both cine prime lenses and cine zooms. The focal length of each lens is expressed in "diopters", a term that refers to the reciprocal of the focal length in meters. The Round Drop-In Filters are available in two professional sizes: 4 1/2 Inch Round and 138mm Round. The 4.5" Round Drop-In Diopters come in four strengths: +1/2, +1, +2, and +3, while the 138mm Round Drop-In Diopters are available in five strengths: +1/4, 1/2, +1, +2, and +3.
