I have owned the Gram 17" notebook for a month. I am generally pleased with it. It was a good value. It is fast, the build quality and keyboard are good and the screen is very detailed. It is certainly fast enough for my uses and it was easy to set up. I am replacing a desktop with a large screen and was hoping the 17" on the Gram screen would give me more room to work with 2 windows open at the same time. This has generally been true except for one app. I still use an old version of Microsoft Money which fortunately does run in Windows 11. The problem is the text is very small on this screen and adjusting the text size in Windows 11 has no effect on it. Therefore I have to wear glasses to read it. The other functionality I use a lot is viewing photo images from the phone or a camera. The details are quite good, maybe too good as the contrast seems a little too much at times. So I find the photos displayed to bright and contrasty. I might be able to make some adjustments to the display but I haven't yet tried. I give the LG Gram an A- overall rating.

This is the first LG product in my home. For years, I have built, repaired, and consulted regarding software, hardware, with other professionals, including Microsoft. I find this laptop, amazing! The screen graphics are clean and crisp, the colors, true. I have never seen support programs that are so complete, and easy to use. I purchased a new wireless mouse, I had just installed it, when a notice popped up installing a new driver for the mouse. Incredible. I highly recommend this product.

With it's brilliant 17-inch screen, looooong battery life, and impossibly light weight and thin body, the LG Gram 17 has proven to be an indispensable tool for this on-the-go photographer. I'm very happy editing photos on the 32-inch monitor attached to my desktop computer, but that's not always possible because my work sometimes takes me away from home or requires me to file my photos right from the venue where I'm shooting. At those times, I can't imagine using anything other than my Gram. I can see the screen clearly in the brightest arenas, and the screen is large enough for me to see all the details in my images.While on the go, my laptop is so light it never feels like I'm carrying extra weight in my camera backpack. I also consistently get at least 10 hours of life from the Gram's battery, plenty of juice to spend a few hours editing during my travels, and enough to survive limited access to an AC outlet while shooting an event. I made the mistake of purchasing two other laptops for my work before giving up on each one and buying the Gram. I'd been reluctant to buy it in the first place because I didn't think I could afford it. But boy, was I wrong. The LG Gram 17 has been such an asset to my productivity, what I really can't afford is to be without it.

I bought the LG Gram 2 months ago and I wanted to give it a run before I reviewed it. I am impressed! The laptop is fast, the factory setup did not need any tweaking, and I've had no problems nor noted any shortcomings in performance. The weight of the Gram is unbelievable. After years of lugging around a D**l laptop which required a rolling case so i wouldn't throw my shoulder out carrying the boat anchor in a bag, I'm amazed at how easy it is to carry the LG Gram wherever I go. It is so thin and lightweight! We purchased another one for my wife - goodbye to the desktop, and hello to the LG Gram!

The overall product is good but there appears to be areas of weakness particularly in the power button which gets stuck more often than not and does not work. Also the screen/computer has locked up a few times which is unfortunate. I really appreciate the lightness of the laptop but feel it's a bit fragile.

I replaced my 3 year old 15.6" Gram with the 17". I loved the old one and am much happier with the 17. The additional screen real estate and picture quality is great. The 13th gen i7 processor accomplishes the same tasks....but must faster. .....and best of all is that it does it in a less than three pound package.

Purchased the laptop and am very happy with it. HOWEVER, LG offered an extended premium Warranty during Registration. You needed to get a code for the offer and it has been at least three months and after numerous requests there is still nothing available.

This my second LG Gram laptop, I bought a second one after accidentally crushing the display on my first one. I spend at least 4 or 5 hours every day on this laptop. It is extremely fast and extremely lightweight. I have owned many laptops and this one is by far my favorite. The transfer speed to the NVME drive is awesome. I added a 2nd 1 Terabyte module just in case I needed extra room. It was very simple and it performs the same as the original. I just wish I could find a replacement display with top case for my old unit because it would make a great backup unit.

The performance is great. The physical size is the same as our old 15.6" laptop and weighs much less. The battery life is excellent so far too.

Keyboard is good and the backlight is adjustable. Very good battery life. But one of the best features is that it is so lightweight. I am very pleased with it.

Love everything about this laptop. Setup was smooth and transfer of old computer to new was relatively painless using the included PCMove. It fires up quickly and everything loads quickly. Browsing is lightning. Like the lighted keyboard, keys are fine to type with, screen is beautiful and colors are vibrant, lightweight but feels solid. Great combination of RAM and storage capacity. Would have liked more usb ports but bought an adapter for one of the thunderbolt ports. Highly recommended!

I bought this a month ago and just love the keyboard and screen. The best keyboard I have ever used. The screen is excellent and is the laptop is thin and top quality. The speed is great and I also like that the product came with the program PCMover that LG includes for free on their products to move the entire old laptop contents.

There's a lot to like about this laptop. Large screen, long lasting battery, light weight, full size lighted keyboard with full number pad, etc. The only negative I can think of offhand is that it can heat up quite a bit and I wonder how that will affect longevity. Mostly that heat is concentrated in the deck space right above the keyboard. It has gotten hot enough that I couldn't hold my fingertips on that space comfortably. That said, the fan is not noisy and rarely kicks on to a point where it even registers with me. I had the 16" 2-in-1 before this and that one was worse for the heat issue and had a noiser fan. I returned it partly because of that reason. All in all, this one is a keeper. It's just slightly larger than my old 15.6" HP but with the larger screen and keyboard is so much nicer to use. I would give this 4.5 stars due to the heat issue but without knowing if that will actually be a problem, it gets a 5. Note: I bought this at Costco on sale. I did not receive any discount for my opinion here though I was prompted to give it with an entry into the LG sweepstakes.

This laptop is very lightweight, fast, and the monitor brightness and color look great. I'm still testing the battery use when it's shut down. Mine seems to use too much power after shut down. Also, the shut down process is not that intuitive. Technical support is first class.
