LG 24MP48HQ-P 24" 16:9 Full HD IPS Monitor

Bought this monitor shortly after, the white would turn yellow back to white back to yellow and so on. LG replaced the monitor after which took almost 3 weeks. Plugged the new monitor in and the same thing happened.I'll have to think twice about every buying another LG product.

I bought it a few months ago, the salesman helped me out a lot!! Told him I was looking for a monitor to game on had a conversation about it he strongly recommended me the monitor said if I’m not satisfied I can return it now within 2 weeks but a month because he was nice about that I recommend this monitor for Gaming or even just for a computer!!! Few months later am still using the monitor really love it! :)

I was looking for an inexpensive large monitor that had a split screen feature. I stumbled on this monitor. It had more than the features I was looking for. I am able to split the screen into many views and place my work in any of them. I am a lot more productive with this monitor.

I bought this monitor online at a great price sight unseen, just knowing the quality of LG products. I am really happy with the performance and ease of setup. A 24 inch monitor is a plus when streaming and binge watching your favorite shows. The text is crystal clear, the colors just jump off the screen and the whole monitor is beautifully designed.

The monitor is great...brilliant colors and a good built. Giving the monitor an angle was a bit difficult..I had a feeling I might break it. But a little pressure helps and did the job. Happy with the purchase so far.

It's a great buy, and it's very geared for today's electronics. A very good product. The only drawback is that it don't have a mount for a sound bar.

This LG 24" replaced another 24" that failed but I was totally happy with. However, the clarity, brightness and response time of this LG is excellent, am thrilled that I got it, and at a great price too. Would buy it again, and probably will if my system can handle dual monitors.

I received the product a week ago and the screen has darkened to the point of being unusable with no way to turn it back. I'm sure this was only a one off issue as it seems no one else has had this issue. The product was good while it lasted though.

After some research on-line the choice was easy. LG quality at a very competitive price. If you are unfamiliar with LG products, read up on them and then go to your local electronics store and play around with in-person. "D"~~~

So I bought this to be my second monitor on my PC setup, and if I had time back, I wish I had returned it. First off, it doesn't have a headphone jack or any sort of audio out (despite the fact that there is a volume option in the menu, which makes no sense, what is that volume part of the menu even for?!) Also, even with power save off, I am constantly in a battle with the monitor over keeping the white level down. Every time I swap an application the white level changes and I have to pop into the menu to change it back to what I had it at. Although this wasn't too bad at first, a year later the annoyance is really adding up and its infuriating! If it didn't have these problems I would probably recommend it, the picture quality is pretty good, but what monitor has an HDMI input without any form of audio out?! I've literally never seen that before on any monitor I've ever purchased.

The monitor was bought for me as a Christmas present. I was home when it arrived with no cover box, therefore my Wife decided I might as well have it. It's a great product, I'd recommend LG products to anyone that appreciates quality.

I regret buying this monitor for not being aware there is no sound output provision - (not even a phone jack available) and remote control. In addition, when I connected this monitor to my pc, this LG monitor gave me a flipped upside down image !

There is no way to disable the dynamic contrast. When viewing anything full screen the brightness will change significantly and is extrememly annoying. According to official correspondence, all LG monitors and TV's exhibit the exact same qualities. This means I will never own an LG monitor or TV. This product is not worth any money until a solution is made available through LG.

Pros: The monitor weight is quite light. I live on the second floor apartment and was able to carry my box to it my unit. Setting up was simple with HDMI cable (not included). cons: The arm/stand base on the monitor seems a bit unstable to me. When I go reach to turn on the monitor (under the monitor) it would rock a bit. I decided to return it. No built in speakers.

Setting up a 3 monitor system. Bought 2) 22mp48hq to use horizontally, and 1) 24mp48hq to use vertically. Crazy thing is the 22mp48HQ comes with vesa mounts so I assumed the same family, but larger 24mp48hq would also have vesa mounts, but NOPE. What a shame because the monitor has a great picture, but cannot be mounted on a decent stand and used vertically.
