Nice large screen. Great monitor for the price. Pro: The only thing I can say about the monitor is amazing, wonderful, and fantastic. Con: The only Con I can think of is my wife won't let me buy another one.

This monitor is wonderful. I primarily use it for my photography in Photoshop CS5. You will not be disappointed. The quality is just what I was looking for and it works flawless. Thank you LG this truly is a great product!

Excellent picture right out of the box, easy to switch between HDMI, VGA, DVI. No dead pixels. Would give a 5th star on Features if there was another HDMI and a height adjustment; probably too much to expect for this price point.

I had an LG 24" monitor for the last two years but looked for a larger monitor, because I do a lot of Photoshop and needed more screen space. This monitor is exactly what I was looking for - great price, excellent specs and extremely sharp. I calibrated it using Spyder3 Technology and have very natural colors. Fully recommended - 5 stars!

This is the bet monitor I've every owned. It's large enough to work on two Word documents side-by-side, which greatly facilitates my work. It's bright, fast, responsive, and accurate in color representation.

Overall quality of the monitor is very good! Overall quality of the documentation is very bad. Unless you are very up-to-date in various PC setups, you will need to do some research. And as I only upgrade my equipment every 4-5 years, except for occasional lightning strikes, everything changes. So without good product documentation it becomes a quest. First: The Easy Setup Guide and the cable and adapter that comes with the monitor will get you there, if all you want is a analog output from low end on-board graphics. However, if you have invested in a decent graphics card with HDMI and or DVI connections and want to take advantage of the full performance of this monitors' digital capabilities, you need to purchase the cables to make it work. They are not shipped with the unit. If you want to set the monitor up to receive a digital signal and take advantage of your graphics card, you need to determine what connections/cables you are going to use. This monitor comes with a DVI-D and HDMI female connections for digital input and a D-sub socket with a cable and adapter for analog input. I f you want to go digital you will need to buy the proper DVI-D or HDMI cable. In my case I needed a DVI-D cable with a male connector on each end. And as I wanted to use the full bandwidth available, I made sure it was a dual mode cable as well. Be sure it is a DVI-D cable and not DVI-I or some other format. If you want to use the HDMI format, the is a vague reference in the User's Guide that this will cause problems if you hook it up this way (Chernobyl maybe?(Windows 8?) the documentation does not say.

I love my new monitor! It was a tossup btwn this and one that did raise/lower from the base, but this one blew the other one away in everything else. So I got this one and have been very happy.

If extra crisp, ultra sharp, maximum resolution, fast response time ... tech specs are your requirements then this LG monitor is not for u. This IPS LED monitor with 1920 x 1080 resolution, very affordable in this 27" range will beat your TN panel used monitor. Recommended for everyday websurfing.

I wasn't sure how good this budget IPS panel would be, but it is actually fantastic - I can't get over how good it is for the price. With DVI, VGA and HDMI inputs what more could you want? Really happy with the purchase :)
