I wanted an inexpensive 27" monitor to replace my aging 24." This one has turned out, so far, to perfectly fill this bill.

I originally purchased this back in February of this year, and I was so happy with the display, I ordered a second one. I had it hooked up to my MacBook, and now I am using the two displays with a new PC. They both work very well.

I purchased this monitor to use as an extra monitor for working remotely. The color and detail is clear and the 27" makes it much easier on the eyes when working on the computer more than 10 hours a day. I would have given it a 5 if I could adjust the monitor up and down from the base but structurally it was not made possible. Great price for the quality.

It was easy to set up and use. Shows documents and pictures very clearly. I am disappointed that I can not raise and lower the monitor.

Price was higher than other bands for the same specs. After using a few times I've noticed that it displayed flickering Horizontal lines. I had to recycle the power to make it stop doing that. I'm an LG fan but this monitor had disappointed me. Now I'm skeptical about LG monitors.

My friends recommended this item to me when I was looking to get a new, main monitor. I love it so far. It's bright and beautiful and fast, everything I could want for a gaming monitor. Great options. I love LG, so I was happy we found a great deal.

This monitor was actually a Santa delivered surprise 12/25/2017( I believe he must have seen me reading about this monitor.) Taking the monitor out of the box, I was really impressed on the packing and on the construction . All the seams around the screen were tight, the screen was well protected and upon set up and first time turned on, I was thoroughly impressed with this monitor. I found no dead pixels and the screen color was not that bad however with a bit of tinkering I had things looking the way I really liked. In regards to this you have a ton of options to tweak this monitor to your liking. I recommend setting a little bit of time aside and have your favorite beverage close by ( coffee for me ) and enjoy the many controls at your fingertip. Speaking of control and fingertip, this was the first time I ever used this small "joystick" located at the bottom of the screen that you use to select the different menus to adjust the picture and I found it the easiest and quickest to use than any other monitor I have owned. I was a real time pilot and am now attracted to a few flight sims of which I use this monitor with. The picture quality at 1920x1080 is splendid and I was so happy to find that textures and print did not appear pixellated by any means with this resolution on a 27 inch monitor. After tweaking some of the game settings I do not see any ghosting and the response rate and 75 mhz refresh rate is very adequate for what I use this monitor for. I whole heartedly recommend this monitor for anyone wanting to jump into the 27 inch game.

It's really nice although I just barely noticed a picture flaw, not sure if dead pixels in the center from pressure from something but I dingy notice it when sitting a away from it anyways. Wish it had onboard speakers as well. But overall I would purchase again.

The positive: I bought this a few weeks ago and it has been great. Packaging was good and it was easy to set up. The quality and color have been awesome, as well as the features. I was surprised with the options, such as Sharpening the image (which is really good) and a crosshair you can put on the middle of your screen for FPS games, which I thought was hilarious. The two HDMI ports are great and super important for me, and you can switch between inputs like a TV. It's a button type think on the bottom frame that can navigate the menu, and it's really easy to use. The negative: Mine has a small defect on the right edge of the screen, as you can see in the picture focusing more on it, and the one with the entire screen. It seems more prominent than it is, but it's only pretty noticeable when the screen is turned on and is very dark. I would have returned/got it repaired? and got a new one, but this is first monitor I bought in 6 years since I just got a new PC, so I can't really wait a week without a screen :/. All in all, really great screen for the price, especially since it's Freesync. I don't think it warrants 4 stars for a defect, so I'll stick with 5.
