Was my daily monitor for work. Good quality image and nice matte finish to the screen. However, over time there was noticeable screen degradation and lines that started to appear. Then flashing horizontal lines and the final straw was half of the screen flashing lines off and on rendering the screen unusable. Customer service was not helpful in providing any insight into what may the cause, and after over 30 minutes on the phone with promised follow up, I have yet to hear back from the company. No more LG for us.

Being able to have multiple high-res windows open is much more efficient than my small laptop screen; so great that I have three of these monitors -one for my home workstation, one for my personal workstation at home, and just purchased one for my spouse.

I bought this monitor recently and I am not disappointed! More than double the size of my old monitor, I now have space for multiple digital amateur radios as well as logging apps. The color is fantastic and it was truly plug and play.

10 months ago This LG wide-screen monitor is perfect for multiple window applications running on a PC. I have found it to be much more convenient than having 2 monitors, both for saving of desk space and having all windows readily accessible. The monitor is has good connectivity, excellent value and I would strongly recommend it for desk-top use.

The monitor is great with good color, but not the best one for a Mac. I had to try three different dongles before I found one that worked properly. There is no way to control the speaker levels in the monitor from the Mac. Sometimes when the Mac is asleep and wakes up the monitor doesn't wake up. I have to uplug and then plug in the dongle to wake up the monitor

The ultra wide format is ideal for working on multiple documents without the need for dual monitors. Great sharpness for a FHD monitor and good selection interfaces.

I would say overall this monitor has been a huge upgrade over my previous outdated monitor. This is my first ultawide monitor ever and it?s nice. The only shortfall I would say is I wish there was a more information on how to utilize the screen split options, I believe there is a separate software to utilize this. However, when I go directly to LG website I am unable to locate my monitor model number to actually download the software. Not enough information provided by LG.

To cover the screen fully in the monitor , when i close my laptop , there is a slight lag in the video which makes it difficult , ultimately i have to slightly open my laptop but then screen is just covered 60% only

They work wonderfully well and I can have 2 windows open per screen. The automatically turn on and off with my laptop connected via docking station.

If you’re looking for an 1080p ultrawide monitor this would be a fine solution. Caps at 75hz and has a multitude of adjustable picture settings. Setting up the monitor is pretty straightforward as it has a display port and 2 HDMI’s to plug into.

I was looking for this monitor, thank God I found it. I bought it to work at home after the COVID outbreak. Is like having two monitors in one. I used to work with two monitors in my office, now I feel more comfortable with just one connection, no additional adapter needed. I'm planning to buy another to change those I have in my office. Works well on my HP laptop setup, but on my original Surface pro, i can't get the the Surface to find the monitor after buying a cheap mini DP to HDMI cable. It knows there is some type of signal since the monitor flickers when i plug it in. but it's not fully registering. any help is much appreciated.

Wanted to add a second monitor but couldn't fit two in the space available. Then though of simply getting a bigger monitor and the reviews led me to this. Totally pleased with the result. The picture is great (I do photo work) and the screen affords me room to have two windows side by side. Also gives more room when scoring music and might need three windows. Two of these monitors would be really great. I'm gonna need a bigger room.

The display is solid, brightness and contrast good for most environments. The stand is reasonably stable. Like most displays of this type, it has an LCD panel covering that is very difficult to clean, other than by dusting. Most cleaning substances tend to smear oils across the display, so I recommend that it not be touched with bare hands. That said, it is a high value display, low cost for the performance.

I've had this monitor since it first launch a few years ago. First off, it's not a 60Hz monitor if you are using adaptive refresh rate over displayport. It's a 75Hz monitor. Second, Freesync ,,even with this monitor's limited 48-75 range, has been a game changer. I'll adjust settings until I'm mostly 75fps or higher, turn off Vsync, and the monitor adjusts on the fly to prevent screen tearing and frame stutters from happening. It has a good contrast ratio and colors are vibrant without being overblown on the factory calibration. It has multiple gaming modes to choose from and is overall a great monitor.

Within 1 year the speakers blew and didn't work any more. I contacted support and they said the monitors didn't even have speakers which delayed response. By the time I got a response back, I was out of town and couldn't send in my monitor, thus warranty expired. Just because they were speakers, I was fine with it, but eventually the monitor board fried and the smell of burned plastic left me with a broken monitor.

My 19' monitor died and needed a replacement. I bought the 29" LG monitor and it works great. It is a really nice size and enjoy the split screen aspect making this the equivalent of two or more monitors. This makes work so much easier having the ability to open and view at one time multiple applications.

I love this monitor. Great quality screen. Everything is smooth and easy to use. My only problem is that after 6 months of owning it, a black bar was showing and lines were appearing on the screen. Luckily the lg customer service were very helpful and kind and they are helping me to fix it and it should be running like new.
