I have had this TV for about 9.5 years and it is the only TV I have owned in this time. I've never had issues. I've had it hooked to a Visio speaker set for about 8 of those years. I suspect the screen might be getting darker but I only notice that during dark scenes (so it could just be the show). I don't plan on giving it up until it dies or the cat knocks it off the TV stand. The only downside now is that it doesn't have Bluetooth but that is just due to age.

I have been with my LG products for so many years now , I really so enjoy the product because one they have long lasting products and also have beautiful designs LG is the best, I really look out for the newest product of LG so that I can get one and also reach out for people and tell about LG and also get one for so yourself, also I want to I want to appreciate LG for bringing a very refreshing air conditioner that always make my children sleep and forget they have to go to school thank you LG GOD bless

Bought this TV in March 2015. Yesterday the screen went dark. No more LG products for me. A smart TV should last longer than 30 months.

bought this tv a year ago for my bedroom it s a 32 inch but all I need has sharp picture and nice features I have a 55 inch lg in living room I really enjoy LG products and will always support the company I have not had one problem with any product I have bought from them

It broke after a year and a half. Has sound but not image. Obviously warranty is no longer available. I will never but an lg tv in my life. A year and a half?

I received this TV last July for my birthday. It has amazing picture quality and sound. Remote is a little cumbersome, but once you get used to the buttons you need you can use it in your sleep. MY ONLY COMPLAINT --- I have yet been able to get the built-in WiFi to work. I have been able to log into my cable provider through my wifi router and via the tv's browser and find a program that I want to watch. I start the program and it just pauses and will not upload and play. At one point, the TV was next to the wi-fi router and still NO LUCK. I do not want to hardwire the TV into the router .. what's the point of wi-fi, right? Anyway, I am recently moved and I am hoping the new cable provider and a new router will do the trick. Very disappointed in the lack of wi-fi access on the TV .. my only complaint. I want to sign up for Netflix, but not if I cannot stream with the wifi. Any suggestions???

Honestly, I am so frustrated now! I had bought this smart tv for Christmas and as of today, I am still unable to fully use the smart features. First, let me sy that I live and purchased my smart tv in the Caribbean, however when I tried to go to the default LG portal for my product, ALL the information was in Spanish without the ability to change the language to English. So I had to change the default region to he USjust to register my product. I also had to change the region to US for LG Smart World because of the same problem - no biggie, right? Wrong! I am nable to download ANYTHING from this app store! Here's the kicker: this LG operating system does not allow/permit/have the ability to "sign-in"and therefore I cannot utilize the appstore. There is no sign-in icon (person's head on the home screen; changing regions under settings does not help. to add insult to injury, I am unable to get "live support" because I do not reside in the US and when I try to email for support, I cannot even find the model in their prouct list. Unless something miraculous happens, I cannot recommend this product. what I do recomment is that you save your money and buy a regular flat screen tv. THIS SMART TV IS THE WORST WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Overall I love my smart tv, great picture, good sound. I havent owned it that long, so im still learning how to use its features. One thing im not really happy about is not knowing how to connect the internet to it. I couldve sworn it has a internet feature and still have no answer as far as that feature. But I will definitly be purchasing a bigger LG tv seeing that im starting off with a 32".

Put this TV in my bonus room. It has a great picture and is so light weight that we were able to buy a cheap wall mount instead of the expensive ones to hang the heavy TV's. The remote is very simple and the display is easy to read. The TV is so good that I want to buy a much larger LG to replace my 10 year old one in the main living room.

The sound and picture are excellent. The narrow grey border on the tv is very nice and does not distract. The helps on the menu could use a better translation.

PROS--great picture--well excellent improvement over 4 yr old _____--[which --on our 3-- seem 2 manifest sound problems] yur sound is great....huge range & critical 2 my purchase... i checked quality issues out thru consumer reports & no reg tv got above fair in 32" range...[WHY?? HOW CAN SOUND NOT B IMPORTANT?] THE PICTURE GOOD NOT SPARKLING... likely the ones i can't afford r incredible---for the $ i will up that 2 very good CONS---Hlow about instructions---detailed re how 2 use internet? i looked at 'you tube movie'--[from LG] her method was 2 put in ur password--if required-- ba-DA-boom that stopped us for a few days i managed to figure out how to move cursor w reg remote --[did not receive SMART remote as i read i would--could not find that documentation since] & after many times starting over..let me repeat that-- after many times starting over.. after many times starting over.. after many times starting over.. after many times starting over...got to BING, but too frustrated to see how badly that would go... onto YOU TUBE really---movie trailers?---they were fun but any semblance to 'computer YOU TUBE' WAS ------THE NAME. WAS THERE some invisible portal i missed? ...i was hoping to search 4 an LG/internet tutorial & watch on my LG big screen... ok another challenge--each of the premiums i thought would say welcome to...this is who we are, the cost, etc. nope---that is not a 'tv set' issue except that as 'rare as smart tv's' r i am wondering how that would not be a point of interest---at LEAST---during the negotiations.. no million $ biz would surely come to u & simply signup...surely u would see a preview? suggestion...have pc savvy seniors check them for user friendliness.. I had believed the ads re using the smart tv as an extension of my MAC/internet. I will go again--after doing the tedious work of researching each of those premiums-- & keep details as the reviews most helpul to me are detailed ones. in the meantime any one WILLING 2 take the time --- where can i go to learn how to use 'SMART TV INTERNET?' THANKS IN ADVANCE

This was my first TV, so I was very pleasantly surprised by this TV. I was overjoyed by this TV when I first used it. Very beautiful picture and the great LG reliability. Highly recommended if you're searching for a 32" TV.

This product has features even the customer service guy is unaware of. I bought this tv to serve primarily as a computer monitor, and so i called lg customer service to find out if there is a option where the tv will turn itself of if unused for a while, the rep said it would not that I would have to manualy turn it off. Well it turns out the tv will shut itself off if left without input for a time. Picture quality five stars Ease of use five stars Features five stars Value four and a half stars in my opinion it could have cost fifty bucks less but I am a penny pincher soo...
