I really like the Ergo Stand. It frees up my desktop. I upgraded my 27" monitor to this 32" and now I no longer have to squint in order to read text. I also use the smart remote to switch to HDMI 2 with my voice. I use HDMI 2 input to see my security cameras.

This design is great but it needs to be made in a 42" model. I need this to double as a TV and a monitor for my dorm. At 32" it's just way too small. I know there are models in this line at are in the 42" range but they lack the stand which is key. With the upgrade in size it also needs to jump to 500nits brightness. It just falls short of being perfect. Minus 1 star for brightness. Minus 1 star for size.

I love the monitor as a hub for all of our LG appliances. I work from home and via a Windows laptop. The main reason was to use the monitor to conduct all of my Teams and Zoom meetings with company. The built in webcam can not be seen by the Dell or Alienware laptops. I cannot use the built in Microsoft 365 app because I dial in through a VPN to my office.. One of the help articles mentions the included USB-C cable to connect the laptop to the monitor but Windows machines do not recognize the monitor. I would prefer to continue to use this but, if I cannot use the monitor with my home office I will need to return it. Is this a driver issue? is this only connectable to a Mac? No information seems to be provided.

When your AirPlay it vertical the display is as small as the device, you guys need to fix this.

Overall great product but there is no way to automatically wake the monitor when connected to a Mac via USB-C. Manual says to use HDMI. I did not buy it to use it over HDMI.

Out of the box, this monitor offers an ergo stand, power adapter, an HDMI cable, and voice recognition by the magic remote controller to access the standard function of the UHD 4K TV. The casing is well designed with a black thin around the screen and a white plastic casing around the back. The ergo stand is an excellent feature on this monitor, with the ability to mount the monitor on any desk to max your space during the set-up process. The ergo stand provides smooth rotation between vertical and horizontal viewing angles with ease and the next level of ergonomics and efficiency. The cable channels ensure your cables are not damaged; however, it has limited space. In my experience, you may be able to route two cables at the maximum. The monitor has plenty of ports in the back, two HDMI 2.1, USB-C, three USB-A, and a LAN port. The picture quality of this LG 32SQ780S-W is excellent in UHD 4K. The only this lacking is 120Hz. However, all the movies, casual gaming, computing, and all other work task are incredible on this LG monitor. The screen size is the perfect pairing with multiple monitor set-ups. The apps library with LG WebOS is fantastic, and you will not be disappointed. Additionally, the monitor has excellent features such as Bluetooth and AirPlay 2, which allow streaming more content for compatible devices. Overall, this monitor has everything and more. It is perfect for any home office. I give it a 4.5 out of 5 stars. It's a great addition to my home office, and I will use it for years.

I recently bought this monitor and I love it but there is a BIG ISSUE. The screen is huge and gives you a ton of real estate for productivity. My favorite thing is the ergo stand. It is truly a game changer when you need a flexible set up. The only issue I have is that the monitor will not connect to my 16in M2 Max Macbook Pro with the USB C cable only. The USB C port will supply power to the Macbook Pro, but I cannot get the video or audio to transmit through the the monitor without also connecting an HDMI cable which is a BUMMER.

The monitor boasts impressive features, including its advanced WebOS operating system and versatile connectivity options such as 2 HDMI and 1 USB-C inputs, along with both WiFi and Ethernet connectivity. The picture quality is excellent, although it may not be very bright in certain lighting conditions. Nevertheless, with halfway closed window blinds, the display is satisfactory. For its price, the monitor provides an ample amount of screen real estate with its outstanding 3000:1 contrast ratio, which, although not comparable to mini LED or OLED displays, would typically cost 3-5k INR more for a 27-inch monitor. The built-in speakers are adequate, not exceptional but not poor either. As a modern monitor, it is equipped with Bluetooth capability to replace or complement the built-in speakers. Regrettably, although it has tilting and other mechanisms, it does not have a line out, whether analog or digital, in this price range. Instead, one of the HDMI ports is equipped with eARC capabilities, as is typical for a modern monitor with two HDMI ports. However, most standard speakers do not have HDMI ports, so an adapter must be purchased. Most adapters do not support sound from a monitor, and although some offer digital output, it is preferable to have a remote for your speakers since changing the volume on the monitor or the connected Mac via HDMI or USB-C does not alter the speaker volume connected to the adapter. I encountered this issue until I purchased a pure HDMI ARC to RCA adapter, which supports ARC, including a monitor like this one, converting to analog for your speakers and enabling volume control via the monitor. However, I still cannot adjust the volume using any volume control on the Mac, but you can always connect the Mac directly to the speakers instead and bypass the screen entirely, or use it connected to the screen but control the volume solely on the speakers (of course, you will miss out on keyboard volume control, etc.), or as I stated, you can bypass the screen but retain control using volume control on your computer. But, of course, for those times when you are not using a computer connected to this monitor, you will have to a) make do with the built-in speakers, b) use Bluetooth, or c) purchase a soundbar with an HDMI port equipped with either ARC or newer eARC capability or buy an ARC adapter like I did. Regarding mounting, the monitor's ability to swivel and turn is impressive, but you may need to drill a hole a few inches wide to accommodate the mounting kit. The included instructions explain how to mount the monitor, or your table may already be compatible if you have sufficient clearance at the back of the table or where you plan to mount the monitor, allowing you to clamp it without any hindrance. Overall this is a all in one package. Price would be great at 32,000 INR.
