Happy with monitor until it failed (black screen) after 8 months. Had to package up (had discarded original box) and send to California. Monitor returned and working fine, but took several weeks to get back from service.

Purchased in September 2021 but failed in April 2022. It is a great monitor so am hoping that LG will be able to repair or will replace it as a warranty action. We own other monitors of this model so this seems like a one-off event.

This monitor has proven to be a pleasure to use. Regardless of your position, it is easily adjusted to height and orientation, landscape or portrait. The picture is clear, colors are vibrant and characters precise.

I had a tough time connecting and once I did it is 5 stars. I use it with my laptop and the difference is staggering. Not just the size of the monitor but the clarity and definition is excellent.

I traded in a 2015 iMac 27 inch, which had fantastic graphics, and could not be more pleased. I am now using new Macbook Pro M1 with this beautiful 32 inch monitor and the results are amazigly good. The display is better than the iMac.

I own an LG TV which has been great. So, I didn’t hesitate to buy an LG monitor. This monitor is an amazing value. Colors are vibrant and contrast is sharp. Performance is flicker free. I would recommend this monitor to anyone who doesn’t have a huge budget; it’s a great price performer.

I've had this monitor for almost a year, and with all the working from home in 2020, it was invaluable to my day-to-day. It's held up like a champ; love the crispness, the color, the black depth, and the adjustable height. Highly recommended.

I bought 3 of these monitors in September. At first, everything seemed good. A few weeks ago, one of the monitors was darker on half the screen and I submitted a warranty request to have it repaired\replaced. I'm just waiting for a shipping box. Now, a second monitor is having issues where 4k (3840x2160) is no longer one of the display option. I've tried resetting display options in Windows 10, reconnecting cables, and so forth.

I bought this last year to game with my Xbox one X and let me tell you that the 4K quality is amazing. Beautiful crisp colors at a reasonable price. I’m thinking of getting another one soon as I build a PC.

I bought two of these monitors and attached them to my new Lenovo X280 laptop using a Lenovo port replicator. I soon had problems with the display-port connections. Over the course of about four weeks, both display-port connections failed all the time. Then the HDMI ports started to fail. Since these monitors were so new and I was leaving on vacation, I decided to ship them back for repair. They were waiting for me when I got home. Over the course of a few weeks, one of the display-port inputs failed again. I am using one monitor with HDMI and the other with Display-port. LG should take another look at this design.

I've had two weeks of using this monitor with my new Mac Mini, and the monitor is great; a sharp picture--multiple resolutions to select. Set up was quick and easy. A great price for a great monitor.

I bought this monitor to share with two computers in a home office - a desktop via the HDMI connection, and a Microsoft Surface laptop via the DisplayPort connection. Both are running Windows 10. The monitor serves for office tasks and photo editing. This monitor worked perfectly out of the box with both computers at 4k resolution on the first try - almost. On one machine I had to go to the LG site and download the latest video driver in order for Windows to recognize the higher resolutions that this monitor could provide. Not a criticism, this is normal and expected. The driver is also available on a CD included with the monitor. Live switching the display between computers is trivial. The monitor power switch is also a toggle for choosing between inputs. No external video switching device needed. I can't speak in detail about color fidelity, but the display is a vast improvement over the smaller earlier generation monitors I had previously. I see very little change in color, contrast, or brightness at viewing angles within 30 deg of dead on. Contrast fails fast beyond that. I find that the monitor does a great job with displaying 4k video. One minor fail - and the reason I give four and not five stars - is that while LG provides both HDMI and DataPort cables in the box, both are only 3' long. This length is kinda silly with a monitor that itself is almost 3' across. After I opened the box, I had to buy a pair of 6' cables separately. Also note that the monitor's DisplayPort receptacle is full size, whereas many laptops use mini DisplayPort connections on their end. If so, you will need a mini-to-regular cable or adapter. All in all I consider this a very good monitor and a great value for the price.
