Navigation button came loose. Monitor can no longer shut off or navigate via menus. Reached out to customer service, would not make an exception for repair. Never buying LG again. Ever.

Works like it should, bought it for my Xbox series S and works great with it at 1440p 120hz. But with a computer its able to do 144hz over the display port. Love it

I bought this monitor end of Oct 2020, by mid December the USB hub stopped working. I was out of 30 day return with the retailer; therefore now I need to deal with direct LG repair. I am in NY, service center is in CA. Via Fedex takes a week to get there and their SLA is 10 business days (according to the person on the phone). Currently, on day 5. My point is that I used the monitor for 2 months and I am looking at least another month of not having it. Obviously, there is no guarantee that the repair will be flawless, only one can hope. By the way, when you call their 800 number, part of their calling tree is "if you had a repair and are still experiencing issues, dial..." Now, specific to when I had the monitor it was great when I had it. Turns out it does not have automatic input switch, you have to do so manually. I learned that higher end LG monitors have that feature.

This was bought near the beginning of the pandemic to use when we moved to work from home. I wish I was using this monitor for years. It is amazing. It clear, large and I can have many open applications and access and view them easily all on this one screen. If you're looking for a wide screen monitor, this is the one to buy!

I've reached out to support numerous times, the software has been updated but again it does not work with the 2019 MacBook Pro. So if you want the full features that you are supposed to get you won't have the connivence of OnScreen Control. Support has been totally useless!

Bought this fantastic monitor 2 days before being sent home for telework during the COVID Calamity. Couldn't be happier or more productive! We even use the USB charging ports for phones and headsets (nice unexpected touch LG!). You can set it for a variety of split screen configurations so your windows snap into place easily like three across evenly, or one big and one small etc. We have two laptops and a desktop attached that we easily switch between with a little hidden joystick on the bottom rim of the monitor. All great useful stuff. Honestly can't think of a thing we don't like about this beauty and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to a friend or to buy another one if we needed it.

Bought this to have more real estate for doing software development and was floored how easy the setup was and picture quality. I downloaded the driver and clicked on menu to configure the screen. I spent more time trying to decide which screen pattern I liked. The speakers are nice with good sound quality.

I have been using this for a couple of weeks now. I can't believe how much more efficient this is than having two large monitors. Being able to work "in the middle" and use the sides for additional space is really a game changer. I have no idea where the speakers are, but they too are great and allowed me to eliminate the speakers off my desk. Finally the resolution and refresh make this monitor very easy on the eyes. My only criticism is that the instructions are less than optimal. An online video on how to set up and use the monitor would be great. I think I've figured it all out, but there may be an even better way. Not sure how I would find out.

I have used 2 monitors forever and was a bit leary to go down to one, but now I'm kicking myself for waiting so long! Well actually, I think waiting gave me a much better product! I truly love my 34 inch ultra wide display from LG. I reviewed a bunch from all the usual vendors and decided on this one. Amazing quality and I think an amazing price for the quality as well. Wouldn't go back for anything now! If you're still holding onto 2 monitors or was considering a smaller UHD version, consider this ultrawide model. Muliple windows for Windows is a snap. Graphics are awesome. I'm not a gamer, but an old IT guy and this is GREAT on the eyes.

My backlight has gone out in the bottom left hand corner. I use this for work and I don't see any easy way to get a replacement while they try to fix this. It's super annoying to have to ship my workstation and then have to pay to fix a faulty product. Rather dissatisfied.

I bought this monitor about two weeks ago. It replaced a 4k TV that I was using. Setup was a breeze, but it took a little getting used to. The wide screen is VERY natural to use. Interestingly, I find more usable space with this monitor than the previous one. The monitor screen 'curve' when shopping for it looked like a gimmick, but I no longer have a need to adjust my sitting angle, or the monitor around during use. The screen is very bright, and the colors and contras are great. Installation is very simple. The bottom power-'everything else' button was different from what I was used to, but it took no time at all to prefer. I am a linux user, and was concerned about setting up such a wide aspect ratio monitor. To my surprise, there was no issue at all. (I am running Fedora 28. This is a great monitor. In the past, after buying other vendor products, I have had buyers remorse, but not on this product!

This monitor is a great addition to my system. I like the display and colors. I used it between a desktop and a laptop using the input selector on the bottom of the monitor. The location is odd but it keeps the front from having controls taking up space. The main thing I didn't like is the lack of side rotation movement. I have to have enough desk space to rotate the entire base. This sits next to my electronic workbench so I rotate between that and my workstation when coding. All in all I really like this monitor and wish I had one at work.

Major monitor upgrade for myself coming from a an old 20" freebie monitor. Purchased an LG C6 about a year ago, this monitor goes so well with the TV style. Every time I look at it I'm happy I got it. Definitely worth the extra money for the 1440, as I almost got a 34" 1080 due to price; but seeing them side by side in store really shows the difference(1080 start menu/bar/icons looks stretched out, whereas this 1440 seems correct aspect for me anyway). I have nothing bad to say about this monitor. I absolutely love my LG TV and I'm sure I'll love this monitor just as much. Super happy with LG products.

My new LG monitor is working just as expected. The colors are bright and the picture is crisp and clear. Set-up was a breeze. I bought the monitor so I could view 3 different "windows" from my music program simultaneously, and it meets that need perfectly and I did not have to fiddle with the split screen capability. Just have two issues to comment on. Every time I booted up my PC, there was an annoying message that pops up and warns me to use the right cable and screen resolution. The mouse was unable to click on the message to "never show again", so I had to call Customer Support. While the phone number was hard to find, the service was excellent and solved my issue quickly. There is a cursor button on the bottom of the monitor which is not explained in the paperwork. The second issue is monitor height. The LG monitor looks so small by comparison to the 28" monitor it replaced. But it is an optical illusion because the LG monitor is curved and wide. I measured the two (old and new) and the LG was actually 2" taller. I would have bet just the opposite. That means this monitor could be taller - say by 6" - for even more screen space and still not look too big. That would make this monitor absolutely perfect. That said, my new LG monitor still has all the screen space I need and I am really enjoying it. Oh, and the ability to adjust the monitor up and down (also not explained in the paperwork) is a great feature. Jackson Booth

Bought this at Fry's and I don;t regret it one bit. No pixel flaws and great screen real estate. Replaced a 27" 2560 x 1440 monitor and the extra pixels are worth the $$$. Not quite 4K but close enough. The curved screen is fine as long as you do not have a bright lighted area behind you. Used for gaming and work.
