Great Monitor
Have had the display for a year now having bought it from a friend at work and I am very happy with its performance. I will certainly recommend LG to my people when they ask for advice.

Great monitor with one problem
The monitor looks good, is sturdy and the picture quality is great. The supplies software is helpful in dividing the screen.
The one issue is that if the computer or monitor goes to sleep, the monitor refuses to wake up. Turning off eco, power saving modes etc does nothing to fix the issue. A reboot of the computer is necessary.
So overall a very good monitor. Be wary of the sleep issue.

Wide screen nirvana
I had be wanting a big monitor for a while, once I bought the LG34UM57-P I knew I made the right choice. It made reviewing and editing multiple documents so asy, gaming with a wide view so cool, and made it do I could watch a movie, while surfin the net... Now I can get nothing important done... with ease. :)

Disappointing
HDMI from Mac works some of the time. No remote, no speakers, lousy pixel density and only 2 HDMI ports. Not recommended.

Good Monitor, Fair Price
Have been running this monitor for nearly two years now with out a problem. Sure, there are higher resolution monitors out there now, but at the time (and with my budget it allowed me to do many projects that have seen national airtime (on my "cheap" home editing system consisting of a MacBook Pro and external drive). All in all, a great monitor.

Great image quality for work and for play.
Bought this a while ago to use with my Dell Precision workstation. Large display for a lot of contents at the same time with improved overall productivity.

I would give it 5 if....
I've had it up and running for a couple months and have to say it was worth every penny. I would give it 5 stars IF the entire monitor didn't wobble on it's own stand. Makes it feel cheap and, we all know it's not! I need a fix LG & I'll give you 5
