I bought the TV a couple years ago and I’ve had a few issues with certain apps and accessibility but it it’s been OK, however it’s just crashed on me now will not turn on

NOTHING in this tv works. The built in Netflix says DATA NOT FOUND. I cant even open YOUTUBE, GOOGLE CHROME, VUDU, NOTHING!!!! It keeps saying "check your connection or timing setting". My internet is connected via WIFI and the time is set and it still says the same thing. Hooking up my cable tv wont support it, my ps4 wont connect, I CAN'T EMPHASIZE THIS ENOUGH, NOTHING WORKS!!!!!!!! I tried checking if it needs an update but it's up to date (I'massuming because theres no way to update it). This TV in my opinion is considered completely USELESS and DEAD. very very very disappointed. Will definitely switch back to Sony and Samsung tvs only. I cant even return it or sell it. Money completed wasted smh

I bought this TV two years ago and since then it's being a pain in the btt... Andriod Jelly Beam and no update for this device. YouTube apps keeps crashing, Phone Cast to the TV is not working. Home screen widgets are not working neither. LG products should be banned from US.

Graphic is good for the price but being a google tv most android or google features doesnt work or doesnt work properly. Google earth/map, android market is limited, also no redbox instant, prime time app doesnt work correctly, ect. 3d graphic need some adjustments but ok for the price. The IR programming doesnt work correctly. Overall its a good tv for picture quality but it you need something that has a good app resource please do your homework maybe a new firmware will correct this issue.

Over all this LG 3D Google TV is good. But I bought this TV for its Google TV feature and I am very disappointed by Google, as there are very few Google Apps, and most of well known apps like FB, Skype, etc. are missing in play store. Adobe Flash contents also doesnt plays :( I cant mirror my Chrome browser from my laptop or Nexus to this TV, i was expecting this feature to be existing in Google product like LG Nexus, LG Google TV. In short if you are buying this LG 3D Google TV because of Google TV then you will be disappointed because there are very few apps available. Expecting Android developers to release some basic apps like FB, Skype, Chrome mirror from laptop to TV.

This TV is simply outstanding. The picture is so crisp and clear you feel as though you can reach in and touch things in the picture. My husband loves the 3D features and the glassed that come with it are also excellent. We would highly recommend this TV to everyone who is thinking about purchasing a new TV. Life Is Good with LG products in the house. Thank you for making it so easy to install and use.

I struggled withe the smart features with no written instructions. . I tried one of the apps in the app store but it was not helpful. A new one was added that ids better. Will keep trying

Overall I really enjoy the LG GA6400. The style and quality of the tv build is very nice. Simple items like the placement of the HDMI ports is very well thought out. The magic remote with qwerty keyboard is excellent. Content and Features, Voice Search is amazing, being able to voice search based on keywords, and pulling content from On live TV, Web, You tube sold me. Primetime is my go to app, love the way content is displayed. I don't use 3D much but the 3D content viewed was very good. One disappointment are the apps available. Netflix, Amazon VOD, and crackle are great; however I want HBO GO skype, google hangouts, facebook, and hulu plus hopefully the Jelly Bean update will solve. Overall great value for the price I paid, and I find new features and tricks everyday.

It's an overall good TV. Very good 3D effect, not impressive 2D to 3D function. Good quality image, not so good as an smart TV. The web browser have some limitations. The idea of a remote control with keyboard in great. The sound could be better. In general it's an elegant TV.

The GA6400 is a feature-rich television with very good picture quality. Sound quality is good. Installation and setup was quick and easy. The TV is sometimes slow to respond to the remote control. Switching between apps and/or live tv also feels sluggish. The selection of apps available with the current version of Google TV (3.2 is very limited. An update has been promised for Q3 2013 which should greatly expand the number of Android apps that will run on this TV.

This is a wonderful 3D LED TV for the price but if you've used previous LG Smart TV's you will find this model very frustrating. Fortunately it is all in the software so hopefully LG fixes it with updates, but if my last LG smart TV is any indication, I wouldn't get your hopes up. Let me explain. Pros over older, LG Smart TVs: -remote has keyboard Cons: -There is no quick settings button on the remote. If you want to adjust the picture settings (which you have to constantly because it doesn't save it for all inputs and Apps), you need to first press the home button, then press the Gesture button, then try to get the hand to hover over the settings button then finally press select. Now you have to navigate to the picture and sound settings, then the picture settings, then search the counter-intuitively organized list of settings to get what you want. -The Hulu plus App from previous LG Smart TVs is gone and it seems like it isn't coming back based on responses from Hulu and LG. -Despite having android on the TV in the form of Google TV, the Netflix App is not an android app but rather the LG Smart TV version in which YOU CANNOT ADJUST ANY PICTURE OR SOUND SETTINGS. So you are stuck with poor contrast, brightness, color, and the nausiating true-motion locked on. Common, LG? Why can't we change any settings inside Netflix? -Lastly, and this isn't LG's fault, but Google TV has very little useful or interesting Apps right now. Hopefully these and other new Google TVs attract developers but considering all the bugs and frustrations, I highly doubt that. In all it's a beautiful piece of hardware at a great price with lots of missing, common sense features that makes doing regular things frustrating. So in the end, it is not worth it. LG, you need to fix these issues immediately, it lacks basic functionality and features your loyal customers grew accustomed to.
