I purchased this a little over 11 years ago. It finally kicked the bucket today. This was the most reliable TV I've ever had, thus I felt compelled to write a review for a discontinued TV. For a tv from it's time, the picture quality held its ground. The Trumotion was a little weird at first but you get used to it. There were a few built in apps, but I rarely used them except the first year right after I bought it. They seemed to work well. As far as reliability, I've used it multiple times a day for the last 11 years and no issues, well until today of course. I'll see if I can fix it, but if not I'll be purchasing a new LG product. I'm going to miss this TV. I may have to pour out a little liquor. RIP ol girl.

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and so far I am very impressed. I've red about the burn in stuff and so far I haven't seen any issues with that but with Costco's warranty and the 3 year extension beyond that, I'm not worried. The picture is by far the best picture I've seen. I've been using it for Xbox one games and hdr movies and it is amazing. The contrast is out of this world. Be prepared to wear sunglasses if you turn off the power save mode!

LG TV's should last more than 6 years. Screen started to go dark at different times about 1 year ago. Took a chance on another tv based on price. Will be my last LG TV!

I have had this set for a few month now and find this TV to be an excelent value for the money. Picture quqlity is excelent and can be adjusted to almost any viewers needs from sports to cinima. Sensitivity is also very good because I can use an indor antena to pick up local digital stations which was hard to do before this set.

I bought this LG after much deliberation...and help from the BestBuy salesperson. It was my first HDTV and I was a bit overwhelmed with all of the options in market. I am totally satisfied with the picture, the quality, and the style of the TV.

Although this prticular TV has been discontinued I am sure that if it was reinstated people would buy it . I did. I measured my space to see what size I would need to fit where I wanted it and then went out and looked at hundreds and hundreds of big screen TV's. Learned a lot by asking a lot of questions also. Finally decided between three brands and researched all of them . Thats one benifit of going to college. For the quality of picture, ease of use, space requirements and cost this TV was by far the best value. I have owned it for about a year and had one service item performed which did not cost me one red cent. Too bad they no longer sell this one but if this one is any indication of what I can expect from lg in the future then I know LG will be my choice on my next TV

An excellent first time flat screen TV. I did the research and found that this model owned up to value, quality and price. Picture is 'picture perfect', the audio is not meant to be theater quality but what TV has first rate speakers. I have owned this TV for almost a year and it is hard to find fault with much. Very satisfied with this model. LG is proven itself to offer quality products and it shows with this unit.

Researched a lot of LCD and LED HDTVs and finally saw this TV in action at best buy along side a LED tv. Did not see any difference in picture quality and hence decided on the less expensive LCD option. This tv is awesome and I am loving it !

Even thought i would of loved a 3d TV and some other features that comes with a TV, this was a great choice. This is the first HD TV that I've ever owned. I could not have asked for a better experience with a product. The picture is crystal clear when playing video games or watching HD content. The set is very easy to set up and use. I've owned it for over a year now and it's still working like the day I took it out of the box. The title says it all. This is easily the best TV I've ever had the pleasure to own. The picture quality is incredible, and the price made it a no-brainer. I love playing games and watching blu-ray movies on it. The number of ports for adding peripherals is great and I haven't come close to using them all. I really love the look of the TV, too. Especially the power light. I hung the TV on my wall and it looks amazing. Best TV I've ever bought.

this product itz awesome in quality the only problem with it is the speakers are facing the rear so itz hard lo lissen to ... the volume has to be half way up so you can barelly hear ..... i have to get a home theater system to conect to the tv so i can get some reasonable sound.... other than that i love LG and i want all the electronics in my house to be LG
