Shopper : Can you really accrss anything on the internet similar to a PC? OR IS IT LIMITED TO JUST WHATS ACCESSIBLE USING APPS?DAVID G : Yes and no. I haven't tried everything, but unfortunately, even though you can click on amazon movies, this tv won't play them. The netflix and youtube apps are working fine (there are a lot more apps we haven't tried). Internet browser works fine for the limited tasks I've set to it. It really is cumbersome without a separate keyboard- we are thinking of getting one.SYDNI C : My experience has been that you CAN access anything on the internet similar to a PC/MAC, however, the difficulty comes if you do not have the Magic Remote that I believe enables you to point and click. I do not have a Magic Remote so I am left to navigate the web page with my regular remote. With the regular remote it is very tedious pressing the up, down, lt. or rt. arrows to make the pointer (Finger) go where you need it to go to do what you want/need it to do. I have accessed Yahoo mail and other websites with no difficulty however bear in mind the challenge comes with having to navigate the finger to where you need to click. Some limited web browsing may be available, however full internet access is most likely limited.
d w : can you browse and login to dishanywhere dot com? i have dish network and want to use this for an extra bedroom. my wii internet browser will not display the page correctly and therefore i cannot login. thanks!DANIEL P : well you know I have logged into a few sites one full of flash and it did everything just like a real browser. i am pretty sure it will. hope that helpsRON E : I dont have Dish,but Im guessing that will not work.Due too limitations on the browser.With the remote that comes with it,if its anything but numbers,I dont see how you search for anything.Still a great TV !!! Great TV for the Price

I shopped around for a mid priced TV that could be set-up for WIFI. Looked at several without WIFI and adding something to bring WIFI brought them close in price. Great TV for price, nice picture quality and many bells and whistles of more expensive sets. Wish they had incorporated wifi as part of set and not a USB dongle.

Excellent Deal and Product

I use this TV with our XBox, DVR/Cable, installed 3D features/apps. My kids and I really enjoy the Smart TV aspects of it and the video games look great on it. The setup was slightly cumbersome, but not too bad. We really do feel that we got a great product with better than expected resolution and picture quality.
