Went into Best Buy to purchase a small television for the guest room. Saw the 47" LG Smart TV and fell in love with it getting an excellent price. It found a place in our livingroom; not a day goes by that we don't remark on the clarity of picture. We LOVE our television; feel it is worth every penny. In fact we were converted: now have another 32" tv, an LG dishwasher, etc.. We are rated at Best Buy as a "Best Customer!" We look at nothing but the LG Brand.

I love the tv except for the issue with setting up channel tuner when there is no internet connection....there should be a way to setup channels without an internet connection

This TV is really beautiful. I am a big TV fan and I can say I am not disappointed in this Television. I love all the features of this and the 3D is awesome. LG makes a fine product and I am very happy with this purchase.

I have looked at a lot of smart led TVs and LG was the best one I could find. I am really impressed with the picture and sound quality. No TV in its class could even come close to how good the bass and midranges are. I would not hesitate to recommend this TV to any of my family and friends. The remote control is awesome!!!

Feature-rich. Easy to set up: out of box and set up in about 30 minutes. Couldn't be happier with the quality of the picture. It's bright, crystal clear, and the colors are vibrant and almost jump out of the screen at you.

I'm extremely satisfied with this tv. Setup is really fast and easy. The qwerty remote is simple and easy to navigate. The picture and quality is definately worth it.

I am a huge TV fan so I purchased this LG Television so I can really enjoy the shows I watch. This is a beautiful TV with many great features. The 2D to 3D is amazing. I did not think I would like this feature but it is really cool and easy on the eyes. The picture quality is unbelievable and I do have it connected to a home theatre system so the sound is outstanding. The magic remote is cool but I still have to learn its functions but being able to surf the internet and use of the Qwerty keyboard makes it a snap. It is brand new so I am still learning things about this TV but I am extremely happy with this purchase.

This seems to be a TV for the teenager that loves to press buttons. I did not like the operating system and I feel it lacks very important features that in my opinion would actually make it a smart TV. The Trumotion feature actually makes movies look like soap opera, I turned the setting off and I still get a bit of the effect. The optical audio out works great with Youtube and HDMI, but does not work with Netflix, so I had to use the headphone out, which by the way takes many steps to turn the TV speakers on and off. I am returning this TV.

Our family just bought this TV few months ago and we LOVE IT!!!! The quality is just FANTASTIC! We also love the fact that it's SMART TV, so we can watch Netflix and hulu and other online streamings. I also love the look of it too. We had one of those older TV and finally got a new one and it's slim and sleek looking, perfect for the family room. We bought it on Bestbuy and they actually did price match for us. We wanted to buy the bigger one but we couldn't b/c we have it mounted on top of our fire place. So far, we are very pleasent with our purchase and I would highly recommend it!!!!

Setup was somewhat painless. Not enough information is supplied in the manual on the Google TV and Android features. The set has excellent picture quality. The sound is somewhat lacking in quality and the volume has to be up fairly high in order to hear. I have a external audio system that makes up for this. Overall, I would highly recommend this TV.

Had the TV for 5 weeks could not get signal from the Cable. Time Warner came to check it out, they said it was HDMI ports on TV.. Best Buy called someone that didn't bother to show up, but wanted to order parts. Still waiting for parts and not very happy.

This is my second flat panel set, the first being an LG Plasma model. This TV is my first LED set, and the picture is absolutely stunning. The Google/Android underlying system is just icing on the cake. I can run many of the apps that I already run on my Android tablet, so the interface is already familiar. Even the 3D which I see as a novelty - is pretty spectacular. I've seen 3D at Epcot Center, but never thought that I would ever see anything that good in my living room! Very few bugs so far and at the rate that firmware updates are coming out, I would expect them to be resolved soon. The learniing curve may be a bit steep for some, but personally, I love this thing. Nice work LG!!

Ultimately this TV is everything I wanted. I did have a hard time calibrating the TV, even after Best Buy came out and calibrated, the "Face Colors" were "off". I had to lower the color and raise the tint to make the faces much better. After 1 month the colors and picture are what I expected. The "Sound" is amazing. The pre-set 3D program features are incredible. The insect program is the most awesome thing I have ever seen! The remote is far easier to use than I first thought. The support from LG, after the sale, is very impressive. They seem to care! I was looking for a TV that gave me more than just the regular TV viewing and I got that and more. Internet access, Google, 3D....This TV has it all. I am so pleased with my purchase, even with the calibration issue which I now have fixed!

This is my third LG TV in the last few years and, as with the previous ones, I'm glad that I chose it. Image is very crisp and the sound is very good. It was very easy to set it up.

Great TV, excellent picture, great 3D, easy to use, awesome remote with the voice search. Really like that it searches all medium and gives you the choice of where to look. The qwerty key board on the back of the remote is a little difficult to use due to the contrast of the alt keys, the red on black is sometimes hard to see especially in low light, a yellow color would probably be better, but other that that I love it!!
