I love the active HDR, I think it is even superior to 4K. Smart Channels are limmited compared to Roku or Amazon or Apple TV.

DO NOT like that Lg has lowered their standards by allowing a plastic back and plastic legs that make the TV shake back and forth either.

I purchased my LG TV in July, 2014 and now it's sitting in the floor in my bedroom because it will not work. All it does is blink on and off (which I understand is a common problem. This TV should have worked a lot longer than 3 years without having to pay for repairs.

Was great until it stopped working. I bought this tv a little less than 3 years ago as a Christmas present for my husband; the tag on the tv says it was manufactured in September 2014. This was a huge purchase for me, very expensive and I went with a reportedly trusted brand. Now the tv display flickers, brief flashes of on followed by a second of off while the audio functions fine. I went online and found that this is a huge problem for LG smart tv's, with people experiencing the problem shortly after the warranty is expired. Get the extended warranty. I suppose I should feel lucky ours worked as long as it did but I don't. I feel like I wasted several thousand dollars when I could've gotten a cheap Wal-Mart tv for much less. Major appliances used to last. Probably the last LG item I ever purchase. What a waste.

Really enjoy the picture on this LG TV. But disappointed it does not have PIP ability. and more ports on the back for additional equipment. And the ports that are on the TV cannot be reached with a wall-mounted type. Also, it is very difficult to understand adding equipment to this TV. I have been trying to get my VCR hooked up. I want more than just DVR. A manual would have been very helpful for older people that have a hard time trying to find answers on a computer.

I've been having this TV for a year now and have had no problems with it so far, the picture quality is excellent, built in wifi is a huge plus, the only complaint i have is while wall mounting, the hdmi connection is a lil hard to get to but that is a minor issue, overall A+ satisfaction.

Bright, beautiful picture. Bought this 6 weeks ago. No problems, though agree with other reviewers who dislike the lack of Flash Player. But if you want a great picture and don't need online videos, then I'd recommend.

I've had this TV for about a month now and am quite happy with it. The picture quality is excellent and it has loads of features. I also like the sleek overall appearance. There were two thing I didn't like. First, the sound quality out of the box is absolutely intolerable unless you like tinny sound with no bass. A sound bar is a must with this TV. Second, it was difficult to find a remote code that worked well with my Dish remote. I finally found an acceptable one but it took a lot of trial and error. Despite these downsides, I would still recommend this very good TV.

I purchased (2) 47" LG led t.v.'s for my home. What a great t.v. perfect picture, sound and easy to navigate. I wall mounted them and hooked them up myself with little or no effort.

Very nice smart tv with the 3 apps, mlb, netflix & amazon prime, I personally use a lot on my Roku that is hooked up to the other tv. I would like to see a few more apps especially pbs but overall lg store is ez to use and the tv even comes with a basic web browser. Picture quality is very good for the price, I am using it w/a surround sound system but the native sound is pretty good for a tv. Got a good deal @Amazon and am very happy with the product so far.

This 47" smart TV was purchased for a den and is a second TV. It should have been our main TV. Great, great picture and the ease of navigating the features is incredibly easy. Set up was a breeze. Buy it.

This television offers us a great picture and many outstanding features at a great price point. We are, however, disappointed that it has limited uses for us because Flash Player is not supported. That means that there are many videos and live tv shows that we are not able to watch via the internet. This has been a big disappointment as that was the main reason that we purchased a smart tv.

This is a great TV. I have no complaints about the picture or anything like that. I wish there were some buttons on the actual TV. The remote is also very different. I kind of wish for a different remote, this one seems like a toy. Also switching inputs can be a little tricky at times. Other than that it is a great TV! Picture is flawless, can't complain.

The picture on this television is great, very smooth refresh rate and vivid color. Magic remote takes some getting used to, but once you get the hang of it it's pretty intuitive. Web and app functionality needs to be seriously addressed. With no flash update available and very limited memory the television sometimes has difficulty loading or playing videos as well as very limited use of the web browser. The web browser is also very slow. LG needs to come up with an option of being able to add memory and a hard drive via USB to increase functions of the browser. Or, LG should just come up with their own style of "Chromebox" or add-on PC with wireless keyboard/mouse to offer customers for a better experience using the tv to it's potential. Parental lock options are another lacking feature. Often times guests will turn the volume up way too loud. Being able to set individual locks and limitations to apps and controls would be great so I could set a personalized max volume level, which would then need a pin number typed in to go past said level. Having that lock for all features like external sound output, display/color control, etc. etc. would be ideal.

This tv is great. Perfect for our bedroom. The only concern I would have is when flipping between previous channels there seems to be a delay. But that is not big flaw.

This is the third LG that I have owned and by far the best. The picture is crisp and clear and sports look fantastic. The sound quality it great and better with the sound bar. I would recommend this TV to anyone who enjoys TV as an event. Having the ability to stream with ease is important to me and this TV does not disappoint. When compared to other TV's in its class the LG blows the competition away. I do a great deal of research and comparisons before I make any purchase and the LG is simply the best TV on the market

I got this TV to connect it to my Xbox One. I did not anticipate the spectacular picture it had. I also like the user friendly UI. The remote being used as a pointer makes for very easy navigation. The lack of motion blur is awesome. Football games have never looked so good. This TV is well worth the price and I highly recommend it, especially if your a gamer.

I choose this model because of superior reviews from consumer reports for no fast motion blur. I was amazed that very few TVs were rated good or better in this category. We have been absolutely satisfied with the features and picture quality.
