This TV has proven to be the perfect birthday gift for my husband. The screen is big but not too big and the picture quality is great. I love the fact the you can choose the type of picture and sound you would like during each movie / show / sporting event you are currently watching....keep up the great work LG, as you have customers for life with your products!!

Use this product to escape to sports events. It produces and incredibly clear and exciting picture that brings all of the action to life. It is almost like being in the stadium or arena. Shows well in low and bright lighting and was easy to set up and begin using. Could not have hoped for a better product and transaction.

Great picture, Great features and excellent design. My original remote was DOA and it was difficult to setup without it.

Great TV so far, but somehow a gnat has gotten inside the TV and died right in the middle of the screen. No big deal really, but it appears that with the right background there is a pixel out or something. Once you get the setting right on this TV the picture is fantastic. Feature are great also.

This has been the most satisfying TV experience for me and my family. We thouroughly enjoy the quality of this HD TV. I have been looking to buy for some time. When I seen this set for the price value.. it was a done deal even before the sales rep said a word. All of our movies are a true experience with sight and sound. We added the LG sound system to enhance the sound in true surround sound and it is all well worth the monies. All my friends envy the deal I received. They all had to rush out and get what they thought were good deals and now see that waiting would have paid off for them. They spent way more money and I have one that has a better picture than they have. I would recommend this TV to anyone who would ask.

This is a great tv. It is used in a bedroom with a homemade HTPC. XBox and PS3 is also attached. Quick response times for fast games and movies. The colors are nice and brilliant and blacks are black using only the default Standard setting. It replaced a Sony 42" tv that made a great room heater during the winter. Or any night, for that matter. This tv is much cooler even though it is much bigger. Once you got used to how the remote works, there is no problem with it and it even has a button to turn on a backlight for it. The only grumble would be that it was discontinued the day after we got it. Man, that was quick.

I am absolutely thrilled using this TV for the past 6 months. I am watching DTV, but I mostly enjoy using its media player along with its optical digital sound output. So I just connect my USB HDD drive and I watch .mkv 1080p videos. I connect the TV to my A/V 5.1 receiver with an optical fiber cable and I enjoy Dolby Digital 5.1 sound. The only downside is that this TV will not do DTS passthrough, so if an .mkv media file has DTS sound you can't hear it. I am not asking about DTS downmix (play the sound through the TVs 2 speakers), but if only it had DTS passthrough to an A/V receiver through the optical digital output, it would be the most perfect HD TV ever. Anyway, I am very happy with this TV.

Wow great quality picture! this is my first led tv and I love it especially because it is a great energy saver and for its great features like wifi ready, 4 hdmi,etc. would definitely recommend this product.

This is our first hd television and not only amazes me, but all my friends and family that have lcd and plasma televisions. It amazes me everytime that the screen is virtually all white and how bright and crisp it is. HD is phenomenal on this thing! The remote and tv itself are very easy to use. The online features are a plus. The frame has a purple tinge to it, but not enough to clash with any room colors. I can't say enough about this television. If you are in the market for a new one this LG LED is the way to go. The picture clarity is by far the best from any other competitor companies. LG has a winner with this one! Preseason football started, UNBELIEVABLE to watch on this tv!!

Mostly a great TV. I have not used the tuner, only the HDMI inputs, and have had no issues with that. Sound is a bit "small", as expected with the small speakers. Internet features are nice. Only real issue I have is that there is some light bleeding around the edges in a couple of spots. You don't notice it until the screen is supposed to be black. Other than that the glass is good and picture is great.

Overall this TV is fantastic. The picture quality is amazing and the ease at which it is connected with the wireless HDMI kit makes this a must have. It auto detects the equipment and pretty much does it all for you. The only complaint I have is that it only has one audio output and that is a digital optical one. Made routing the sound sort of a pain. Also in reference to the sound, the TV itself could have better sound, but I've got it connected to a 2.1 speaker bar so this is almost a mute point. The internet features are pretty cool as well, though the VUDU service does not route sound to the audio output, only through the TV which made my one, and only purchase through the service less than great. Overall though, fantastic TV.

Everyone this television is amazing- seriously. Not only is it space-alien thin, but it hardly uses electricity at all. (It uses less than the Xbox 360 I have it attached to!) Phenomenal picture quality, easy menus and it ships with two remotes! The speakers are weak but good grief it's LESS THAN AN INCH THICK!
