Bought my tv it plays for a hour then turns off screen no video just audio I have to turn it off and back on it keeps doing it now I have to pay to get it fixed

Spent more to get Nano based on sharp picture of product on Best Buy floor display. I I I Iam disappointing because at home with Frontier cable we do not get the same sharpness that we saw in the store. My guess is that it is because of the incoming signal not the TV but if all we are watching is basic cable programs - no movies or gaming I think we could have saved $$$ and not upgraded to Nano. Set up is complicated. Have not been able to set up google to the TV

We wanted a larger tv and to be able to hear sound better. This tv has several choices for sound and we found what meets our needs best. It is capable of doing so much more than we use as our tech literate kids have shown us. Great tv, great picture and great sound. Happy, Happy, Happy!

I set this up and was blown away by the picture quality. Setup is a breeze. However, after 10 days a light vertical line of pixels developed that tech support determined was a defect in the TV, not the signal source. I refused to resort to the hassle of having it serviced so I returned it to the merchant and got a replacement which is amazing so far.

Overall we are pleased with the refrigerator. Love the ice maker, disappointed that there was not a separate fresh meat tray. Mixing fresh meat with the deli meats is cross contamination

I bought this TV nearly 3 years ago. The picture is simply amazing. There was an issue with an electronic circuit board about 6 months ago, lg customer support was excellent, the backed up their product fullly. The tech came home, swapped out the old board for a new one for free. Good job LG. Greatly appreciate it. The TV runs like new and i love it.

Since, I placed my LG TV 47" at my bedroom, I could get out of my bed before 10AM or get sleep earlier, 'cause that place became my private-cinema. Don't hesitate to get a Smart LG TV, this product worth your hard earned money. Great picture at good price !!! Enjoy, HASSAN.

I'm old school enough that seeing a message that I need to update the software on my TV feels weird. The picture is great. I don't use the 3D features much, but I did connect my laptop and use it as a giant monitor to play my MMORPG (Guild Wars 2) in 3D and that was pretty epic. The built in apps are useful too. I have a media serer with Plex and the built in app connects automatically and lets me watch without fuss. The web browser even supports streaming. The price was initially too high, but there was a 50% sale the day I was in the store to buy the other TV and that made this the perfect choice.

Enjoy our new T.V. almost everyday. Only down side to owning a 3D T.V. is that there are not as many 3D movies being produced. Although the ones you can find are fun to watch and are very nice to watch in 3D. Have not had to have our T.V. serviced as of this time, very reliable.Has a very good picture on all channels with Dish Network. would get another LG if this one finally gives out.

I did a lot of research before investing in a TV. I wanted 3D, and I wanted something that would provide a satisfying experience. I also wanted something that would last, as I am frugal (cheap). This model delivers everything I was looking for and has been so easy to install and operate. Even the children can figure it out. The 3D works great -- even the 2D-3D conversion. The picture is crisp and clear. The sound is way more than I expected. I keep the volume set at 8 or 9 out of 100. It gets too loud at 12! I will probably have to get a bigger room if I ever get more TV than this one.

This TV is very nice to look at but that is about all you are getting. I would not recommend paying the extra amount for the model when the lower model will suffice at a much cheaper cost. LG smart tvs are lacking in the smart categories and lacking in the area of useful apps so basically you buy an expensive tv. If you have an xbox you have the same features.

I have had this TV for a couple of months and I do enjoy it. I needed to tweak it a bit for the picture, but that's expected with most TV's (check below for the calibration I use). The 3D is great and so is the upconversion for 2D content. I enjoy not having active shutters as those tend to cause fatigue and occasional headaches. One thing I should point out is that the panel is not a true 120hz but using back light strobing to attain the affect. It says it right in the manual, maximum refresh is 60hz. This isn't a bad thing as people who are upset with the soap opera affect it is significantly reduced with this method but still delivers the clarity you would want. I've owned this unit for a couple of months now and all I've got is positive things to say about it. The picture is great, the 3D is awesome, and even when the TV is off, it looks good.. I love the "window" look to this tv. It's not bulky but it's still a very large screen. The stand looks good, the bottom is super clean. The apps work flawlessly and the "magic remote" is not a pain in the neck as I thought it might have been.. In fact, you do not even need to point it at the screen to use it which is something I like a lot about it. All in all, easily best TV I own. I give it a highly recommended!

The TV is a beautiful design, almost looks like the monolith from 2001: A Space Odyssey when turned off. The picture when turned on is, of course, amazing. Only problem I've had with it so far is, not even 6 months into owning the TV, lines appeared through the screen. At first I thought they were just scan lines, but they were present through every input. This is the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars. LG service was great and got it repaired quickly, so my beauty is back!
