My only critique is that the WiFi went out in the first year and the hardwire is only 100 Mbps. The night time vision is great but during the day the colors wash out a bit. Also the HDMI ports keep resetting and errors. It's not consistent in the sense of recreation but it is that it keeps doing it.

I love this TV. Had it since 2015. Love the remote, picture quality, color etc... sound is ok, but got a soundbar for audio improvement. The only negative is the LED panel with white text on a black background. You get large white bars on dark scenes when you watch with subtitles. Looking to upgrade to Oled and stick with LG. Just waiting for a deal to pull the trigger

I love LG products and this TV was working perfectly fine but After installing the latest firmware as suggested by LG, the TV stopped working. Dead. And LG won?t give any support at all. They force you to buy a new one. (Update does it on purpose?)

Bought this 5 years ago and no problems but lately I've been having issues with the TV staying connected to the internet. We?ve had this tv for a bit now and it has worked so great. The picture quality is Amazing, crisp & clear. Takes a little bit to get use to the remote control. Overall the functions and everything work great. After awhile the main board went out and the backlights. I replaced them both and it still works. It?s just a great tv in my opinion.

The features found on this tv speak for themselves- the tvs ability to connect without issue to my receiver and control all the functions from the magic remote was a pleasant surprise- The tv automatically recognized HDR programs and adjusted automatically, and once the picture was set up properly was a pleasure to watch. Unfortunately after about 4 years the display started displaying 2 horizontal lines about 2/3 of the way down the screen- one black and one yellow. With LG support it was confirmed the display module had failed (the screen) and the tv would need to be replaced- no way to repair it. This is not an entry level tv and it should be expected that a device of this cost would last longer than 5 years.

The picture quality is pretty good. Sound is pretty bad for a 4K TV and I have compensated this with a soundbar. The wifi connection keeps dropping and the remote lost all the markings after 6 months of use and finally stopped working. I had to purchase a new one. For the price it is a decent TV but nothing great about it and I would think twice before recommending it to my friends or family

The wi-fi on this TV is TERRIBLE. It drops regularly, and won't connect. You have to unplug the TV and hope and pray it will start working. They have already replaced it once. Apparently, it's an ongoing problem with LG TV's. Other than that, the TV is great.

Almost no problems with this TV. Energy saving features are nice. Only problem I’ve had was that after being away from home for a few months I was surprised ti find that the TV had reverted to some of its factory settings on its own.

I bought this product over 3 months ago and it’s amazing, being able to watch tv over internet with tv plus and all the other features from Alexa, speak to search and just overall all simplicity of the layout! All of my products from Lg are wonderful and being able to control them via LG ThinQ is great! Quality of design light wheight , everything is stacked together for a wonderful user experience. Easy notification for updates keeps you current aswell!

I bought this TV several years ago, and there were only a few problems I had, and they eventually worked themselves out. The picture is fantastic, IF you modify the picture settings correctly. The TruMotion settings can create an ugly shimmer effect (think "gasoline fumes"), so it's best to keep those settings low, and just shut off both of the noise reductions completely. There was an issue with Comcast internet not working with the TV for the better part of a year, so I was unable to update any apps without using the hotspot connection from my cellphone. That eventually got fixed, though. With all that being said, I love this TV, and the remote is very responsive (unlike some other brands that have a massive delay after you push a button before the TV responds). The 4K still manages to amaze me after all this time. And the ONE center support leg is much more practical than all these two-legged TVs that require an extra large surface area to set it on. Honestly, that was the main selling point for me.

The TV performed as expected display-wise. However, there is a MAJOR issue that I feel like LG is not addressing and I dont know why: -No type of native HBO App at all! Theres even a Showtime (dont know ANYONE that uses it) app, but no HBO GO or HBO Max. This also leads to another issue - streaming for too long on wifi will sometimes cause the connection to go out. I wouldn't need to stream in the first place if the TV had an HBO GO/Max app.

Bought this tv 3 years ago. Picture was good and everything worked. But one day it starts blink each 2-3 seconds. It is unreal to watch something. Only 3 years and I have to buy a new one. I was a fan of LG, now will think about another options.
