I didn’t even have the tv for a year and the screen went black. If you turn it on the LG logo will appear for a split second then it will disappear. I have yet to get it repaired since I’m afraid parts and labor will cost what I’d pay for a new tv.

This product software is very very bad,the latest sotware version 5.01.01 dissapeared the ARC option from the Sound menu and so my soundbar stopped working, the previous version was a nightmare trying to connect to plex or keep streaming a movie and the wifi disconnects a lot from your network

Love my LG products I currently own a Smart TV 2 dvd players and a sound bar. system only shows one item and I had difficulty signing in and had to update profile and tel. number. I am very pleased with my purchases but not with your registration system. TV purchased in 2013 all other products purchased in 2014. Now I am interested in a 3/4 door refrigerator.

We reviewed & compared many TVs before we chose the LG 50LA6200. We love IT! The first 3D movie we watched was Finding Nemo, it was spectacular. This LG has plenty of Advanced Picture Settings to tweak. We love the passive 3D. Our 50LA6200 combines everything we wanted - 3D, picture quality, features, value & styling.

I bought this TV to upgrade my old 42". The setup was easy and the smart TV features are great. I can get my Netflix and Amazon Prime movies right thru the TV, plus surf the web and make Skype calls (with the optional camera I purchased. But the thing that impressed me most was the quality of the picture. Even in 2D mode, the picture looks like 3D, clear and sharp with a feeling of depth. In 3D mode, all I can say is WOW!!! I recommend this TV to anyone interested in upgrading to a Smart 3D TV.

Fantastic product. Like anything else you have to work through the setup, like the screen going dim in the evening. Once worked through the startup issues it has been great. With the great screen quality and depth of filed the 3D function has been rarely used. It provides its own almost 3D quality which we love. SMART features have been great also.

Elegant design, slim, motion rate is great after you master the settings lol. Picture is excellent, sound goes plenty loud. Smart feature has a good amount of apps. 3D is definitely nice to have, especially for certain games like dead space. Just love it.

Love this TV. Picture quality is excellent with lots of features. Truly enjoying this TV. Down side is the remote although works great for the TV itself just added to the clutter of other remotes. No real "Magic" here. I am very happy so far!!

This is my 3rd LG TV after my 29 inch picture tube & 42 inch LCD Jazz model. I never had any issue with any of the TVs that I've used & fully satisfied with their performance & ruggedness. This TV is very good picture quality & 3D imaging. Looks good in the living room if its wall mounted. One disadvantage is the highly reflective panel that reflects every light source that is in the room including closed blinds.

The picture and sound are both awesome. It is a 3D TV, but even when its not in 3D mode, it looks like you are in a 3D movie theater. It is a great TV and a great price. I rate it 5 out of 5. Ken.

Boy am I glad we purchased this TV!....The LG50la6200 is an excellent product....we were using a blu ray on our old tv but this tv is so much faster pulling up the direct steaming features and so easy too! We werent sure we needed 3D but picture quality is fantastic even better than more expensive TVs....even watching regular programs......This has taken our TV watching experience to another level.....we have not been to the theater since we got it!

I use this TV for RedBox and Pandora did not think I would when I purchased. I also use the USB for watching TV shows that I records on my PC with snapstream. Very nive 3D becuase it passive and not hard on the eyes like the active glassed. Very good color, I only wish it had better black levels. But very real colors on people skin. Easy to setup the network.

Although I’ve only had my LG TV for about a month, it has already become the best TV I’ve ever owned. I bought an LG as compared to other manufacturers because the thin border made it the largest TV that could be fit into my enclosure. This allowed me to upgrade from a 40” to 50” picture, a substantial increase. Removing the TV from the box, plugging it in, connecting the HDMI cable and viewing the excellent picture took a matter of minutes. It is the highest quality picture on a TV I’ve ever owned. I am waiting for the universal remote control and looking forward to it’s many features (voice control in particular). The basic remote control is very nice to use as well. It is very attractive and functional. The keys are clearly labelled and configured in a useful manner. Since I use my LG in conjunction with a home entertainment system, I’m also experiencing excellent sound. The on-board speakers also function very well for watching videos from my iPhone. I really enjoy the blue “smart” button on the remote as it gives me access to much of the built in functionality of the LG. I particularly like the internet apps. The LG TV interfaced immediately with my home entertainment system. The 3D picture is outstanding and the ability to upscale from 2D to 3D is amazing. I have watched several HD TV shows and the result was amazing. Having 4 sets of 3D glasses included with the TV was very nice to see. Although I’ve only used true 3D in demo mode, I can’t wait to start watching 3D movies. Since I run everything through my receiver, the input/output connections on the rear of my LG are more than adequate for anything I’m likely to need. I had the chance to use the on-line chat support once and the results were excellent. My question was answered promptly and courteously in short order. When I contacted chat, I had almost no wait time before a representative contacted me. Access to internet content is extremely easy and useful. The MyApps button on the remote control is the easiest way to access the internet from a TV I’ve seen yet. The included user’s guide is especially helpful since there are so many great features to explore. I particularly like how easy it is to access the content by clicking on an icon. The speed with which the TV processes my commands is very impressive. So far, my family is very happy we have an LG TV and look forward to many years of watching our favorite TV shows, movies, sports and other content for years to come. Thank you for making such an excellent product.

Finally this is the TV I was looking for. I love the apps and games particularly Premium apps. I have a 3D blue ray player to watch 3D movies. Also like the content in 3D world. Excellent sound quality and Big Picture. I will tell every one if they are going to get a new TV to get a LG. Thanks to LG for making great products that not only look good but the durability and quality. Overall this TV exceeds my expectations.

I feel like I did a lot of research before purchasing this TV. After looking into the Edge lit vs. Back lit LED lighting I knew this model was the right one for me. No light "bleeding" around the edges as a result and just a great overall picture. I wasn't in the market for a 3D tv, and can only comment on using it one time. With that said, I was impressed with the quality of it after watching one of the 3D samples from the smart selection. Speaking of smart the aps are great, but its lacking Amazon instant video. That's why i deducted 1 star. Hopefully it will be added. Also i must say having an Ethernet port is a real bonus since it clears some bandwidth of the wifi and the loading speeds are faster. I highly recommend this TV to anyone in the market.

Excellent picture quality. Sound is less than awesome. I think they expect you to have or get a HTIB. The apps work well for what we use. Surfing the NET and specific searches are clunky with the standard remote. I have read mixed reiews on the Magic Remote. I haven't found a compatible keyboard yet. The 3-d works well. I don't have anything to compare it to as far as t.v.'s go though.
