These were the best earbuds I ever had! The sound was good and the call quality was by far the best. The battery life was amazing too. I am so so sad they are discontinued. Why does all the good products leave! The tech in these earbuds was perfect and so why change a good thing? I had these specific ones for several years now.

Connectivity is lousy. I can have my phone in my hand in front of me and it will lose connection. I will not buy another LG product.

I purchased the headphones from Walmart with an extended warranty. LG refused to honor my warranty purchase even with receipt of warranty provided. The customer service is awful.

This headset has worked well for me. I've had it for several years now and have used it mostly for phone conversations but also for podcasts and music. The sound quality is decent. It's starting to go bad now after almost 3 years. I'm looking for a good replacement

First off, I have been wearing neckband ear buds for well over a decade daily. Without a doubt, LG has been the best product for me. With that said, I've been through many of pairs and these seem to have failed faster than any I've ever had, the wire going to the earbuds are a lot smaller and I think that may be the issue. Now I will say that thankfully they were still under warranty and I cannot say enough about how great the warranty experience was. Thank you LG staff for the quick response to resolving my issue.

I've used LG headphones for over 10 years, always love them. I tried a different product in 2020, because all LG's were sold out...horrible mistake. Worst pair of headphones ever made. So I was so glad I was finally able to get another pair of LG's.

I love these headsets! The last way longer than the retractable models and are just as good as far as sound quality. Note, LG warranty department has ZERO communication after submitting a request. Horrible experience so far

This is my second one of this headset. The first worked great for a year, then the right side cut out permanently. A few weeks later, the left side quit. Same story for headset #2. I use the headset every day and it?s great until it stops working. I guess it just has a 1-year lifespan. I?ve owned lots of other LG products and I expected better.

This headset has extremely short range. The volume buttons are used to change songs if listening to music but they change direction constantly. I could press the up button to skip forward one second then have to switch to the down button to skip forward another second, and back and forth. It can?t handle any moisture. Just a few sprinkles of rain ruined one of my sets. Just sprinkles. The left earpiece of one of my other sets quit working within just a couple of months after minimal use (which seems to be a common problem) and when I sent them in for repair, they were sent back as having been repaired twice but they had not been repaired. The third time, they sent a replacement product with bad reviews. I would not recommend LG headsets.

I exclusively buy LG Bluetooth. They have good sound quality and good telephone quality. This Bluetooth was no exception. They generally last me about 7 and 9 months. I listen to music frequently I'd use it for jogging at the gym as well as telephone calls . This Bluetooth broke I believe after 7 months. That is what I expect. This was a good purchase. Definitely buy the extended warranty

My wife bought these for me to wear when I went on daily walks. Initially wore them when working on the computer and was very happy with them. Easy to operate and sounded great. The first time I wore them on a walk, they disconnected and would not reconnect because of moisture from sweat. I dried them out and recharged them and tried again. The second time I walked, they quit working and have not worked again. Two months old.

I purchased the HBS-510 within the month and it worked wonderfully until yesterday. It does not turn on. So disappointed. So helpful to have when working in the yard and It’s hard to carry the phone around.

Just had the left bud on my old pair die after 2 years of constant use in a factory environment. Went out and bought an 80 dollar pair of competitor wireless buds and the volume/sound quality didn't compare, so I hopped online and ordered a new pair of these.

I've had them for three years after losing my HBS-710's. Love them. They are in my ear at work all day, and I use them in conjunction with my car's bluetooth to have text to talk through my car speakers. The 710's had better sound and a sturdier construction, but these are great for the price and small enough to fit under a shirt collar. I'd definitely recommend. I do wish it was easier to switch to speaker output for music...Also miss the tone and talk version that had the turn vibration on/off right from the pull down menu. Also, the on/off button takes forever...I miss the switch style from the 710. And wish the volume was a roller as opposed to up and down buttons.

I bought these in black, and had great luck with them until the last month. My left earbud suddenly stopped working, no sound at all. (This happened with the last set of original LG wireless headphones I had, but after 5 years, so I thought it was due to age) Now my left side is fading out also! I was listening to an audio book, and paused it. When I hit play again, I could barely hear the story, volume adjustments did nothing. I disconnected and used my wired set that came with the phone, and tried with no headphones, and that works fine. They work great...until they don't. You just don't know when it will happen.

I got these for Christmas. The sound is really good, but I wish the wires retracted in like the model my daughter has. It’s not to bad but the earpieces come loose from the docking end all the time. The big problem is that there are only little black clips holding the wires up, and I lost one after wearing it around my neck just while cleaning the house. They don’t send you extras so now it just hangs there until I can find a replacement clip.

Bought a pair about year ago after 2 months the volume on both left and right very faint and cannot turn them up. I would try ever so often but no fix. Went on this site to see if they had fixed this problem. With all the comments this looks to be a product flaw will not be purchasing another one
