I bought this tv a few years ago. Made a massive leap from a thick heavy plasma 1080p tv to this beautiful sexy piece of art. There would be days that I would walk by it and just marvel at its beauty, it wasn’t even on. The remote took a minute or two to get use to but once I did, never want to go back to anything else. The picture was so crisp and so clean that friends would ask where did you get it from. I unfortunately lost this beautiful friend of mine recently. Tipped over n cracked screen. A day doesn’t go by that I don’t think about her. I since tried to find a replacement but it’s been discontinued and no one who has one is willing to part ways with theirs, rightfully so. I did attempt to purchase the e9 series recently but it came delivered defective and took that as a sign from above. Anyone looking for a tv that will have you waking up with a smile for the next opportunity to watch literally anything, lg oled is your move. Picture quality is absolutely stunning, breathtaking and a sight to behold. Aesthetically speaking it’s, the whole oled line is just down right sexy and mesmerizing. Due to recent events( laid off, Covid and just worldwide pandemonium ) I unfortunately am forced to use less inferior product but am storing away what little I have to one day get that oled again and be reunited with my Lucia ( Nickname for my lg) In closing get yourself an lg oled and thank me in the morning !!! When we purchased the new LG OLED we were told by the sales person at HHGreg the new OLED would NOT experience ghosting and/or screen burn in. The picture is Outstanding and the colors are bright. Sound coming out of the TV as times needs to be increased to understand. The TV has experienced the ghosting and/or burn in and it is unfortunate it since it stays with the screen when channels are changed. When we spoke to technician at LG and the warranty department (extended warranty) we were told this is not a defect but a customer use problem.

Great picture, but not enough connection ports. User manual does not cover much information and all calls to Customer Service are useless. None of their solutions work and I have to spend HOURS online looking for answers online. For a TV this priced LG should have better customer support.

Best screen quality of any tv I or my parents own. I had the 8550 Samsung 4k and my dad has the 9000 series Samsung 4k.. My dad got the last year model of this tv when it was only 1080p and he prefers that over the 9000 series samsung 4k. I purchased this one that is 4k- LG+ OLED= the only way to go. I rated the value at 5stars assuming you find a deal of some sort but i would have to give lower at full msrp.

Amazing picture and 3d which newer oleds don't have. Unfortunately not much 4k support at the time of purchase and the hdmi ports are pre hdr.

Not too happy with this TV for the price, remote feels cheap and not user friendly. Screen burn in is very disappointing, CNN News logo is burned into the right lower corner of the screen.

This TV replaced the one that died. It has more features then I use. The picture is very good. I got a sound bar to help the audio as I have a hearing loss. I cannot say anything about the smart part as I so not use it

Purchased the tv in Jan. 2017. The only negative feature is 2 or 3 times a week the tv automatically shuts down while viewing a program. The (LG symbol shows and the goes back to the programming.

I have now owned this OLED TV for a few months, and have nothing negative to say about it. The colors are jaw dropping. The blacks are so perfect you'd swear the TV was completely off but then the most vibrant green will appear like magic. The smart features are awesome, and WebOS has actually been reworked into something very fast and capable, who knew? The slight curve is perfect, not too much so as to make everything seem distorted but enough that everyone on the sofa has a great view. Reflections are not a problem (at least where I have it) and input lag hasn't been a problem either. The thickness (or really lack thereof) on the top third of this TV is spellbinding. This really is some portal to another dark dimension where colors are brighter and everything is extremely detailed. I have no need of buying another TV for the lifetime of this set, period. I bought and replaced a Samsung 4K without HDR with this TV and I honestly can't even look at the Samsung without feeling regret I did not purchase this earlier.

The black levels and color accuracy are the best I've seen. Produces a picture and viewing angles that easily surpasses that of any lcd/led (they are the same thing). Prices on larger models (65" up) still high.

I first saw these TVs and knew then I wanted one but at the prices they were at then I was not going to afford one,so I waited and waited, then when the time was right the prices were down it was time, I saved over 1K this is and probably will be my last TV I will ever buy, it is such a great picture than anything I have ever seen I just want to watch sports on it and I am not a sports kinda guy. My son and I watched America and Columbia soccer and the picture was out of this world great, there are so many features that I have not tried yet but I'm sure they'll be just as great. If you want to just watch it without going through your entertainment System then you should get 2 UHD HDMI cables it will be best in the long run. Very nice TV. Lastly if you know how to set it up then go for it but other wise pay the extra $ to have a professional do it. The

As with other comments, this tv has a very good picture, probably the best we have ever seen. However new technology comes with its issues. Our first tv developed a fault with a stuck pixel in the top left corner. This pixel shined bright blue all the time, even when the rest of the screen was black. This tv was replaced but our second tv also developed a fault with lines running vertically down the screen, this is evident in 3 different places. We have unfortunately now lost confidence and will be returning for a refund.

I saw this TV on display at Costco and the picture was unbelievable. I ordered one and am very glad I did. The OLED technology provides the best picture I have ever seen compared to other LED TV's I own. The web OS works great and the smart remote is a really cool feature. You won't be disappointed with a purchase of this TV.
