Love the tv, the keypad the picture. Google op system seemed a bit clunky at first. Updates greatly improved the op system. Bought for my mom as a gift, she loves it.

I love my tv. I?ve had Samsung tv, Sony and others between the Sony and Lg they would be the only TVs I would buy. The only adjustment is making the sound quality a little better. To go with what you are watching and playing games.

No more support for apps YouTube doesn't work have problem with TV input not working had 5 year warranty so they came and fixed it took them 3 * ordered wrong part but love the 3D of the TV like I said not smart TV no more no apps better get an Amazon box

Have been enjoying my LG TV for two years now and my wife loves her Washer and Dryer, so it was time to replace our Micro Wave and I'm glad we did , first it is very easy to use and best part is I have never tasted pop corn this way before it pops all the curnels just from the pop corn button and does not burn any pop corn, being the micro was so great we replaced our stove with an LG slide in and a new dish washer to , we also have a LG French door regenerator . All LG house LIFE IS SURE GOOD

This TV is no longer supported. Try using over the air TV antenna but not supported anymore. Very upset. Will never buy LG again.

I bought this tv back in October 2013 and I do really like this TV. The picture is crisp and the sound is good, everything works fine. My problem with it is actually the google software, well android software. It's outdated, the sync between my TV and soundbar goes awry all the time so I have to hit the "home" button on my remote to sync it back up properly (this usually only happens when I first turn on the TV though. Most of the LG apps no longer work on it because of dropped support though, not that it's a big deal anyway. All that said however I will say I have noticed lately there is a small cluster of pixels that will randomly start flickering grey during specific times. A sign of things to come I suppose, but the fact it's survived this long (which includes a house move and going from stand to wall mount) actually makes me happy with it.

I bought this in April 2013. There was an update in August 2013 I believe. Lost flash player support. Then I find out that in less than a year after manufacture, the TV is no longer supported and will never again be updated...

I Always wanted a smart TV and when I purchased this, I was very happy I did. It is very easy to use and has many features that make many of the apps I use on my phone and computer very accessible. The 3-D feature works like a charm and the swivel makes it easy to pivot the TV in the direction you need it with ease. I really enjoy using my TV, I recommend it from everyone.

I have been very impressed with the quality and features of our new LG television. Initial set up was a breeze and integration with our other LG electronics was quick and painless. The new remote is impressive and easy to master, would love it to have the QWERTY keybd to be back lit when in use. The 2d to 3d is really beautiful to experience and makes old movies new again. We also love that the 3d glasses are comfortable and easily fit over most regular glasses. Going from a 32 inch LG with 60hz refresh rate to this TVs 120 hz refresh rate and higher is like going from black and white to color for the first time or having your first true Hi Def experience. We own an extensive movie collection and can't decide what to load up next! Also a big bonus for this TV is the apps included and available for download. We love having Netflix and Amazon Instant and others built in to our TV. All in all, we are thrilled to own this TV and have recommended it and shown its abilities to our friends.

The integration of Google OS to a TV make a lot of sense: Have a Smart guide that shows you the programs based on your cable provider is now at home a requirement for next TVs when we need new ones! This is superb! Being able to use you Google account and what your owned movies from Play is perfect! Control it from your android device. Some applications recognize your TV like as Chromecast! The only thing that sometimes bother me is the start up speed and non responsive remote control after you use it for a long time a opening lots of applications. I guess it needs a better CPU...

I bought this tv approximately 15 months ago google chrome was working fine as it supported flash player. Now as i updated google chrome it no longer supports flash player thats why online live tv players which needs flash player to run the live tv online no longer works or plays. Thats why its a kind of useless purchase.

I bought this because of the combination of 3D, 1080p, LED, 4HDMI inputs, 55" screen size, and price point. But, the real story is the gravy that continues to surprise me every day. The remote control and "Smart" features are fantastic extras that I'll be sure to use more and more. The picture is beyond stunning. One oddity is that I am unable to change over-the-air channels until the TV has cleared an initial "Loading" step. But, I look forward to working through this with updates.
