I bought this for my parents for Christmas in 2015 and yesterday it started flashing and is unwatchable. Disappointing to need to replace a TV so quickly.

It's an ok TV. But whenever there is a white background, there is a pattern of shadowy circles in the background that covers the entire TV. It's been this way ever since we bought it. No amount of changing the lighting or settings helps the issue.

My Nephew bought me and my mother this 55" TV less that 2 yrs. ago and it has quit working already. I haven't got the satisfaction I think should be afforded to a person with a TV with only 2 yrs. on it. I think this one is a lemon. I thought LG was a top of the line company. Sorry that I'm so upset over this, but the person at customer service keeps telling me the same thing; get it repaired. I think that a TV with under 2 years on it, then quits working, its a lemon and should be replaced.

Great value for a great product. The remote is easy to use. The sound is clear and you can easily add a sound bar (I added a Vizio with surround sound. The picture is clear and Blueray DVDs look awesome.

Bought it around 2015, and we loved the color and picture but 2 days ago it starting blinking out, black screen, picture, black screen picture etc. Before this happened it got a gray cloud on the screen about 6 months ago. My husband got on line and checked trouble shooting for this TV same exact number as ours and it said it happens in this model and would take installation of new 3 new boards to fix it and said it would be better to buy a new TV.

The picture is great, sound quality is decent although it's not very loud. The only problem is that it only has two HDMI ports and when I went to unplug a cord from the side HDMI port the whole port fell inside so now we only have one HDMI port.

The TV is amazing! Find the right 4K HDR source and seeing is believing. Even makes regular TV source (720p & 1080i) look smooth. However, after seeing 4K on this screen you will notice the flaws in 1080p from Blu-ray!! With this TV you future proof yourself a few years.

We bought this about a year ago. The size is fantastic. The picture quality is great, clear and bright. The one downfall is the sound. We had to get a sound bar to be able to here it clearly. No problem. Rather that than list this great TV. Easy instructions. Love LG products.

8 months with this tv and now it has a black spot on the left top corner about 5 inches big, a white ghost spot in the middle when it is showing night time scenes. I am glad I still have warranty. We will see how that goes, getting the warranty honored.

I was surprised at how good the picture looks right out of the box. And even though the refresh rate isn't all that great I didn't really have any issues watching movies or football games when this was my main TV.

I won this TV in a drawing about a year ago, and it has been a great product so far. The color and sound are both really clear and vibrant. 55" was perfect for my entertainment center. Would definitely buy another LG TV if this one went out.

Nice photo and sound quality. The refresh rate could be a bit higher but it rarely affects daily use.
