This was an upgrade for my 15 year old rear projection tv. There were some issues with matching my cable box controls to the TV. I blame the cable provider for these problems as the providers equipment is not the greatest.

Had it for about a month and no regrets, good adaptability to my PS4 as it let’s you know when switch to HDR settings, syncing my remote from directtv is a little goofy though, only complaint.

We bought our LG 55" Smart TV about two weeks ago. What a nice change from our old model! The picture is so much sharper and the colors brighter. The sound projects nicely towards the front, making it easy for all to hear without using the previous sound bar. Adjustments are easy to locate and understand if you wish to change anything.

Bought this tv when a lightning storm got my other LG tv picture quality is great and remote functions are a snap the only reason I gave it 4 stars is really 2 things it needs more hdmi ports and it’s not very loud

I bought this TV in April 2015 expecting a 55" wide screen but it is only 49". Serial number and model number both indicate screen should be 55:". When I west to measure for a bedroom TV I realized this TV is supposed to be 55" in width. I am confused.

I love LG products, very stylish and reliable. This TV is awesome, great picture, great sound, great value, and loads the apps fast. The only issue I have is with the magic remote, because after only 9 months of owning this my magic remote started not working right which I find very inconvenient but I submitted a repair request and submitted a complaint so hopefully it gets resolved.

I have wanted a smart TV for a number of years. I also want to upgrade to a LED and large (55" LED. I looked around at various brands and have gone consistently with LG. I took a few frustrating minutes to master the remote, but now it is very easy. I also now have begun using the voice activated menu. The color is crisp, I like the different picture choices and sound d choices. There is a difference when watching a movie or a sporting event for both sound and picture. The web bowser is a little slow, but NETFLIX is easy to access as are the other web based apps. All in all I am very happy with the LG choice and this particular model.

Great picture. I would have given this TV 5 stars if it were easier to set up. I have not really used the "smart" functions yet. The problem with set up is that I must use 2 remotes to control the functions. 1 for on/off and sound and another for the other functions. Have not been able to sync the TV with my comcast remote (X1platform).

Has all the right features & special settings. The picture setting are preconfigured for optimum viewing of Sports, Movies or anything. The HDMI/ARC intigrates my surround sound system seamlessly. Excellent Product for a fair price.

Setup of this product was very easy. Wifi connection is a great bonus and the apps included work perfectly. Display is sharp and didn't need to customize any settings. Great value for price.

I have tried to work the features of this product but to no avail. I don't have flash plug-in installed and have no way to do it. I cannot screen share. Plus I didn't get a pin #. Picture is good although I am limited to the features.

This TV has great integration with all my HDMI devices. It almost eliminates the need for any other remote control I have, other than special features of those particular units. The picture and sound are spectacular and the many available apps and phone syncs make this TV a winner. I would highly commend this unit to all my friend.

This TV has a great picture and good sound. The only complaint is the difficulty in switching inputs. There are almost no directions or manual. Figuring out how to change inputs was a pain and the only way we can find the menu is to talk to the remote. A simple manual for basic operations would be nice.

This is my first LG TV and I am extremely pleased with it. Truthfully, the Web OS 2.0 is probably what really sold me on the TV, but I am very happy with the picture and overall quality. It's definitely a fast, intuitive TV that looks great and performs very well. I guess one of the very few, small changes I would suggest would be to have better icons for Satellite boxes, Blu-Ray players, etc. because when they are added to the app menu, they are just plain grey with no real icon. But, that's a minor issue and doesn't effect my overall opinion of the TV!

Replaced an eleven year old Sony tv and couldn't be happier. The picture quality is fabulous even with sun coming in the french doors which was an issue with my old tv. Would purchase same LG tv again.
