I have had this TV for almost 11 years. I think the sound quality is amazing and the picture is excellent.

When I put the TV I liked it I play a game it looked good PlayStation 4 I did not have internet at the time now I have internet I try to download YouTube it would not let me download if I known that I would never bought the TV I tried to go on the website it would not work not like Yahoo that work okay but other internet sites that I try to go to it would not work by knowing that I would never buy. The other apps that it have on there I do not use none of it I like Netflix that about all. You did not put the right app on the TV. I think it supposed to be a smart TV but it's not a smart TV I waste my money.

We have now had our LG for just over three weeks ... The picture quality is excellent as compared to our old TV and the sound is very clear. I have hearing aids and used to have trouble hearing certain words but no more. In addition we are starting to explore the offerings on LG TV and enjoying the variety.

I Love my LG TV by far the best TV I have ever owned (I do have a couple of issues though abit difficult for me to understand some of the control of apps that don't always seem to work or figure out such as streaming and casting from my laptop ?) I bought a new laptop with windows 11 and it may be the laptop or more likely windows 11 making it difficult to stream but didnt have those issues with my older windows 10 laptop so not sure ?

As a new homeowner and recently engaged individual, we found ourselves looking for a TV and after TONS of research, we finally decided to go with an LG. It was a great decision and we've used it for family gatherings, late night Netflix & Chill sessions, and football games and barbecues. Absolutely recommend to anyone!

I bought in 2012, did not know it couldn't connect to streaming services or use Smart TV Features and channels that's provided with TV. VERY disappointed to say the least.

I love the picture quality , I still need to have it fine tune but overall the tv is great and has all the extra features that I enjoy . Kinda wish it had 3D that would have been a plus for me . But no complaints . For a OLED Tv I feel this is a great value and reasonable price.

Love this TV, colors are bright, vivid and true. I looked at several before deciding on this one, I'm glad I did. Picture is beautiful in any light, it's like being in the theater when watching DVD's. Spend the money, you wont be disappointed.

I bought this for the 3D effect, but we love the TV for it's sharp picture. The color is great and it has incredible definition. The 3D works great also. It's really cool for the grandkids! I would recommend this TV, even if you are not interested in the 3D feature.

I've seen this TV at a friends house. It has a fantastic picture. As good as a 4K! The 3D works great, with unreal effects. The remote control mouse is a bit different, but not difficult to get used to. All in all, we love the TV and have no complaints.

I've had my LG 3D TV for a couple of years now and I have to say I love this product. Works great, looks sharp, nice and thin and no problems. Picture is super sharp and it's a beautiful TV. LG always makes a great product.

I just purchased an LG65UF7700 65" 4K Ultra HD 240Hz LED HDTV (4K x 2K) to replace this this 55LV5500 due to vertical lines across 3/4 of the screen along with distorted color on the remainder. I was told by a repair man over the phone to just go buy a new TV, that it would be cheaper than a repair. I own another LG 42" which has been trouble free for 3+yrs. I'm still sticking with LG TV's .

I have had this TV for almost 3 years now. I haven't had any troubles. The set up was easy. It has a built in wireless connection, so no need for any extras to get it connected to my home WiFi. The only thing I don't have is a surround sound system. That would make everything perfect.

Excellent TV with great features. The 3D quality is fantastic and adds greatly to the enjoyment of movies. Features and adjustments are great, more than needed for general use. TV works fine with both cable and over-the-air reception. We will plan to buy our next TV from LG.

LG continues to keep me as a customer with their products. I own both LG Televisions and Cell Phones I purchased my TV at Best Buy for Xmas when it was 1st released 2013. It has performed great, I've had no issues with the TV since I purchased it My Friends comment on the Clarity when they see my TV for the 1st time. The 3D Effects and Quality are totally amazing! It has all the connections that will allow you it to be the center of your Entertainment system
