We've had this TV for seven years and never had any trouble with it. Excellent picture, adequate sound and nice array of features. Smart feature is easy to set up and use with lots of options built in. Only issue is my own hearing, which requires a special device which can only be hooked up to the cable box. If I use "digital audio out," the speakers are turned off, which means only I can hear the sound. The cable hookup allows the speakers to stay on.

My New LG Smart TV has some easy to use features in its design. For example the remote control has just the needed buttons. Also the Main menu is easy to navigate, and the Smart TV function easy to set up.

I think the picture is top notch, clear and bright. The sound quality is good but you need to have it turned up pretty high to hear it. My last LG TV I would play the sound between 14 and 25, this one 35 is the lowest and some digital movies I have to play oh 75 to 100. My other problem is some times the display and sound just go blank, it does not shut the TV off at least so if I am watching a movie from my hard drive it does not start over. This only lasts for 1 to 3 seconds so just a minor distraction at this time.

It seems from the moment I googled this TV all I found was the TV's from this time have faulty LED components across the board. All go black within 2-3 years. Seems like a recall should have been issued by now. I won't be buying this brand for anything in my home again. It might have been cheaper than other TV's but not worth the savings.

The HDMI plugs need improvment. I have one of the three left. After using my Fire Stick for a while the hdmi plugs go into the TV. Nothing is left but two holes in the tv.

Alright, so this TV has been around my house for the longest time now. Not a single dead pixel, or otherwise wayward features. More sophisticated users may find the extra "smart" features to be redundant (if you already own other products that cater these, such as an gaming console, or other media player, but for those who don't this is a great all-in-one platform that is as beautiful display as it is a successful workhorse.

This TV may get used 3 times a week. It always had an issue of the screen going black once in a while and still having audio. Now all the screen does not is briefly flash on yet still has audio. Not what one would expect from a tv that's 2 years old.

Couldn't have found a better TV for my money. I did a lot of research and now am soo happy with this purchase. I've told all my friends to upgrade to this set if on a budget. This TV is a steal and you won't be disappointed. Also found the best stand for this TV if you're going to put it in a corner.

Had this bad boy setup and ready to rock in very little time. Great picture. Wifi was a breeze to setup. And features are great. I use dish network and the picture quality is great. The streaming video works flawlessly. Im actually so impressed with the load times on the video im gonna ditch my dish and just use 3 of the streaming services to save money. The available apps are impressive and growing. Extremely easy to update. Does it automatically. Would recommend this tv to everyone I know.

Not long after purchasing this product the screen began to grow dark after watching it for a while. I could turn it off and back on and the brightness and clarity were there again but most of the time it was just for a short time and it would begin to grow dark again. It is back at Best Buy for the second time supposedly being repaired. So far I am very disappointed in the operation of this product. To this point I have not been given the option of another TV, but if it isn't repaired this time, that will be my request.

There are a TON of options for modifying the picture for a consumer product. The Cinema and Game modes are pretty cool too. The sound coming out of the TV is surprisingly strong. Only drawback is anything past 35 sounds the same volume-wise, but for a built-in speaker, it's pretty decent. Has an optimization feature for if it's hung on the wall or on a stand, tons of connections, and decent apps. I just wish HBO had an app, but the TV itself is really good quality.

This TV does exactly what I wanted. It connects to Netflix and other apps, it has a great picture in HD and the setup for it is fairly simple. I do think the sound could be better. I added a surround sound system and it is perfect now!
