I've had this TV for YEARS now. In fact I bought two. One for guests in the loft and another for my bedroom. Both t.v.'s have been great. Apps load fast, picture is great. The price was pretty low, I didn't know what to expect, but this t.v. has exceeded all my expectations!

I've had this TV for 7 years. I never really used the TV apps, I've always used a Chromecast and currently have the Chromecast with Google TV. I watch movies, shows and play games via Stadia. The picture is beautiful, 120hz refresh rate. Just upgraded our Living room with the C1 and this jewel has moved to the bedroom. A great buy.

I have had this TV for about 5 years now, I Love it, But I had a slight problem so I called LG and the rep I had was very helpful she new how to fix the problem and corrected it in minutes. I an very with this TV

I have had this tv for 6 years and this tv was hardly used however when i turned on this tv 7/14/21 the tv screen just flashes and you are unable to watch anything this tv was made 9/15 ,and now i find out that this tv has been discontinued i wonder why problems in design no doubt.

So this tv is great only upgraded just as needed bigger size for the room, but when we moved it n started to use more tv functions like hulu are no longer supported because they support the newer webos version. Per LG rep no patches or updates with be received nor available as they no longer use/support the webos from a tv thats 4yrs old. So keep that in mind that your tv is only smart until they make another webos vrs. N turn your tv well dumb since smart features start to stop working and its just a 4k tv nothing more! So my smart tv is now dumb after 3yrs and just due to lgs method of what i view as their way of tryin to force you into buying the newer tv with newer/supported webos! But in my mind just tells me ive bought my last lg tv which really sucks cause i needs 3 more tvs as our 12yr old samsungs are dying! No one that has reviewed these tvs talks about this before you buy them its just under complaint boards ive found trying to figureout why apps that were on the tv like hulu n other streaming are no longer there nor able to be re-downloaded.

Ok... So people are leaving current reviews (2020) and are asking why is doesn't have Disney+ available for download or why Hulu doesn't work no more because there is no update available... This tv is not a new model. I have had my 55UF6450 for 4 years and love it! My tv was made March 2016 and I have not lost color quality or sound quality. This tv does not have a 120Hz refresh rate, it has 60Hz. Its perfect for a family room tv (since almost everything none gaming uses nothing over 60Hz) and I highly recommend this tv.

Whether I’m streaming Netflix or Hulu or allowing my kids to play Xbox I can’t seem to find the correct settings to not have lagging gameplay. Only way I could even get the image slightly smooth is if I play on pc mode.

The TV turns on, but nothing can be displayed. None of the buttons other than the on off on the remote seem to work. I tried new batteries with no effect. Since there are no buttons other than on off on the TV itself, I have no way of testing the TV to determine whether or not the remote is good. What would you recommend?

I tried finding this on my own but I could not find it online. What HDMI version is each input 1,2 and 3. Example HDMI version 2.1 or lower? The TV is great. I bought it before HDR was standard so I cannot blame the product for not having it. The quality has been great and still works perfect to this day. Easy to use, VIVID mode and turning on rich/deep color option feels comparable to HDR to me anyways.

I am a bit late on my review but that may be for the best as I have had this TV for many years now and over 20,000 hours of operation. We have absolutely loved our " Smart " TV ever since we got it home. The picture quality is simply but, amazing. We use this in our Master Bedroom and have an antenna hooked up for OTA and a Roku for streaming. Not that there was something wrong with the streaming options but we wanted to utilize the voice options of the Roku. This has worked great! Recently we started to go full forced toward a smart home. Lights, Echos, Plugs and thermostat. When we did this we found out that our TV was just a bit too old to work with Alexa as the WEB OS was not updated to 4.0+ on the TV nor did LG plan on updating WEB OS. Since it was an older version, LG ThinQ is not available in the apps. I was pretty disappointed but totally understood. The older TVs hardware would not likely support newer WEB OS. With that said, I am giving this 4 stars. If the remote was a bit more user friendly ( like a roku remote ) it would have gotten a 5 star easy! I hope this helps anyone that may be considering buying a used one :)

One week after the one year warranty expired, the video board died. Even worse, this model has been discontinued. Absolutely frustrating. Not sure I will ever buy another LG product. Wondering how LG can help. Maybe they will see this. Until then, I’m not talking highly of LG products.

Read the recent reviews! They echoed my experience where the tv died after less than 3 years and it was rarely used - once every 2 months or so. Poor QC. My other LCD tv from 8 years ago is still going strong.

I bought this about 3yrs ago and the the tv jumps offline while my other smart devices have no issue. Using the remote to pull up the smart menu or to change inputs...hdmi1 or hdmi2 it doesn't respond. I have replaced batteries with still the same result. Please help because I like ly tvs... have two older 42in models with no issue..one 720p and 1 1080p smart that are over 7yrs old and no problems. Again please help.

I bought this tv 2 years ago placed it in my Semi for entertainment and to play my PlayStation 4. when i am parked for the night it has taken the beating of the road i have this tv mounted in my truck and it is still going strong love this tv love the way it handles and the way it holds together when i am driving i have not had any problems with it and it has been through two semis and about roughly 300,000 thousand miles it stays in my truck all the time and i love this tv may upgrade to a bigger size will only stay with lg have a another brand in the house and it will be gone replacing it with LG so i can have 2 lgs in the house and one in the truck glad and happy for this product will recommend this brand of tvs to all my friends
